    I had to travel to Sapporo on short notice and made a same-day Reservation. I was happy to have a Room with a view of the Hokkaido Government Office. It was conveniently located within walking distance of Sapporo Station and Susukino. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

    Located near the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building (Red Brick).

    You can see the Red Brick Building right away from the Hotel, which really makes you feel like you’ve come to Hokkaido. It’s a 7-minute walk from Sapporo Station. The underground passage from Sapporo Station has restaurants that stay open late, so it’s very convenient. When every Hotel was expensive due to a concert, I was grateful to be able to stay at a reasonable price through IKYU’s arrangement. It’s a calm and nice Hotel. The hallway smelled slightly of tobacco, though. I’d like to stay again when the rates are not at concert-level prices. HOKKAIDO KASHO KITARO’s main store is nearby, so I’d like to visit there next time as well.

    Stayed with my elderly father and aunt for a memorial service. We were upgraded to three twin rooms. The front desk staff and breakfast restaurant staff were polite, kind, and made our stay very pleasant. When we asked for a group photo of the three of us before leaving, the front desk staff kindly took it while making jokes, which created a warm atmosphere. Thank you very much!

    The location was convenient, and it was great to be able to use the cloakroom even after check-out.

    The hotel features a girly concept with floral wallpaper and fairy tale-inspired key motifs, but the building is quite old, giving off a vibe of being chosen by cost-conscious business travelers. It may not be ideal for vacations, but considering the location, the price of less than 10,000 yen per night even with just a week's notice is exceptional. There might be some lingering scents from previous guests, like perfume or other everyday smells.

    Very satisfied!

    Overall, I was quite satisfied, but the breakfast could have been better. It would have been nice to have more sashimi options instead of just regular curry. However, the Hotel staff, including those at the parking area, were extremely kind and attentive. They were more outstanding than any other Hotel staff I've encountered. I was truly impressed. I will definitely use this Hotel again. Thank you very much!

    Third Trip to Sapporo

    This was my third trip to Sapporo. I visited to meet a friend who lives there. The hotel was just as shown in the photos, clean with a spacious entrance where I could relax on the sofas. There was always a staff member at the reception desk even late at night, which made me feel secure. The room key had a stylish design, and the system of leaving it at the front desk when going out allowed me to enjoy sightseeing without worrying about losing it. It would be helpful if there were a souvenir shop in the facility; having one would make staying longer more convenient. Adjusting the air conditioner in the room was slightly confusing, but overall I had a comfortable stay. I would love to stay here again when visiting Sapporo!

    Spacious Room

    The staff's service was pleasant, the Room was spacious with seemingly refreshed wallpaper, the water facilities were clean, and the view was great. The spacious and clean Room with a comfortable sofa allowed for a very relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

    Quiet and Relaxing Hotel

    The building may be simple and not very new, but the Room, toilet, and bathroom were clean, spacious, and very relaxing. The sheets were crisp and had a sense of cleanliness. From the window, you can see the red brick government building, providing a quiet and pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious as well. If you ask the staff, they will provide paper cups so you can take coffee to go. The staff seemed experienced; everyone from the entrance guide to parking attendants, receptionists, and dining hall staff provided kind and pleasant service. Depending on the season, it is an exceptionally quiet Hotel where you can relax comfortably. Thank you very much!

    Convenient access to public transportation, ideal for city sightseeing.

    The Former Hokkaido Government Office Building and Odori Park are perfect for leisurely sightseeing, especially suitable for seniors.

    I was able to relax.

    The checkout time was at 12 PM, so we were able to enjoy a morning stroll and shopping. The parking staff were also very accommodating, which was great.

    It was comfortable.

    We stayed in a twin room as a parent and child. It was more spacious than expected, had a sense of cleanliness, and felt well-maintained. We stayed at a different Business Hotel the previous day, but this Hotel was more relaxing and comfortable. We were very satisfied.

    When I went to the front desk to leave my luggage before check-in, I was allowed into the Room as the cleaning was already finished. It's within walking distance from Sapporo Station, and the Room is calm and the plumbing is clean. I thought it would be nice to have a few more items for breakfast.

    Air conditioner

    The window did not open enough to let the wind in, and the automatic adjustment was uncomfortable. I thought the heat in the Room would affect sleep. When I asked for a taxi, I was told that the entrance would be inconvenient because there were many people.
