    It was very good.

    A flawless Business Hotel. Elementary school children can stay free with Child Sharing Existing Bedding, and the room had twin beds (one double and one semi-double), making it very comfortable even when sharing a bed. It was also convenient in the evening, as Restaurant Sawayaka is nearby.

    A consistently comfortable space.

    This Room was also a wonderful space with a distant view of Suruga Bay from the window. It helped me forget the fatigue from work, allowed me to spend a relaxing time, and I was very satisfied. I will stay here again.

    We had a wonderful time.

    The Room had a massage chair, which was the main reason I chose this Hotel so I could relax during my stay. Even though I made the unreasonable request for a high-floor Room, you kindly accommodated me by upgrading my Room—thank you very much. All the staff had wonderful smiles, and the Room was spotless and well maintained. I always stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel when I visit Kyoto, and this was the best one of them all. If I have a chance to visit Numazu again, I will definitely stay here again.

    Stable and secure.

    We stayed here as a stopover on our trip to Izu. A total of four guests: a couple and two preschool children. [What we liked] - Easy access from the affiliated parking lot, and a convenience store nearby - Polite and attentive staff - The Room was very clean and well maintained - A massage chair in the Room - Great selection of amenities for children - The twin beds were pushed together, so Child Sharing Existing Bedding felt safe and comfortable - Breakfast offered a wide variety, including Shizuoka-style seafood rice bowls, oden, curry with naan, and more [What we noticed] - The VOD room theater was underwhelming; it felt like there were only a limited number of channels. It didn’t seem like something worth promoting as part of a Plan—more like something that would be appreciated if included in the standard Plan. For kids’ content, there was only an Anpanman movie. We chose this Hotel because we had previously stayed at Daiwa Roynet in another prefecture for business and had a good impression, and we were satisfied again this time. Overall, it feels like a consistently reliable Hotel.

    We offer excellent support.

    Near Numazu Station with great access, the Room was spacious and very comfortable. Thank you for your excellent support for my wife, who has difficulty walking. We would definitely like to stay again.

    Partner parking is also available near the station.

    Located right in front of Numazu Station, it’s a great location with convenient shopping nearby. There is also an affiliated parking lot next door, and it was free when we stayed. The amenities included coffee and bath salts, which was a nice touch. It helped us recover from travel fatigue. Breakfast costs 1,980 yen if you Reserve it, but I don’t recommend it. The rice for their signature seafood bowl was barely enough for one serving after scraping together what was left at the bottom of the pot. The French toast was hard and crunchy. The natto was frozen and unusable.

    For business trips

    I stayed in a Twin Room, and it was great with a massage chair and spacious room. The bathroom was also large and allowed for a relaxing bath. It would have been even better if the nightwear included pants-type options.

    Spacious and clean rooms

    Located on the north side of Numazu Station, it may be less convenient to access the bustling south side, but there are dining options in the neighboring building. The seafood bowl at Uoichi was exceptionally delicious. We stayed in a Hollywood Twin room, which was spacious, clean, and very satisfying.

    All staff members are kind and friendly.

    First, check-in. The trainee staff had a very kind and pleasant demeanor, making the process smooth and comfortable. A veteran staff member was also nearby, and they were equally friendly and wonderful. When I forgot to pick up amenities in the lobby and went back to get them, a male staff member kindly said, "Please feel free to take as much as you'd like." I was deeply touched by such kindness. We booked two rooms for our family with children using Child Sharing Existing Bedding, and considering it was a weekend, we were able to stay at a very reasonable price. We are truly grateful for this accommodation. After check-in, they also helped us by holding our luggage for us—very helpful indeed! Thanks to this service, we had an enjoyable last-minute trip. Thank you so much! The rooms were clean, and without even asking, they arranged adjacent rooms for us—a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated!

    Great Location

    Reliable Daiwa Roynet Conveniently located with good access from Numazu Station, the front desk and guest rooms are bright and clean. While there were minor issues with staff communication and the level of hospitality was not particularly outstanding, it offers excellent quality as a Business Hotel.

    Clean and comfortable.

    It's been a while since I stayed at a Hotel. Although the system had changed and I couldn't even use the elevator at first, the staff was very kind and helpful. The Room was clean, and I had a pleasant time.

    Would love to visit again.

    This was my first time staying at this hotel. The price was reasonable, yet the bathroom and toilet were separate and spacious, which was great. The staff provided courteous service during check-in and check-out. Parking is also affordable at 1,000 yen for 24 hours. It was a hotel that made me want to try staying at other locations in the chain as well.

    Everything was disappointing.

    Everything was disappointing. The toilet was dirty with stains, the bathtub had limescale, the kettle was outdated, and the refrigerator did not cool properly. It was a Room not worth the price. The breakfast buffet in the morning was terrible. I will not stay here again.

    I always use this place for business trips.

    The location, price, and ease of parking make this hotel feel a step above others in the same price range nearby. Some rooms offer views of Mt. Fuji. The hotel is adjacent to the station, and you can reach convenience stores and restaurants without getting wet even on rainy days (though not completely dry). A short walk will also take you to various shops in Numazu. The parking lot is self-service, so you can estimate your departure time easily. Mineral water is provided in the room, and you can conveniently check laundry availability through the room's TV. It would be even better if breakfast congestion could also be checked this way... For Multiple Night Stays, it would be nice to have a bit more variety in breakfast options (though for 1-2 nights it's not an issue at all). Another reason I like this hotel is that prices don’t increase drastically depending on the season. Even if they rise slightly, the high quality makes it less concerning. The front desk area is clean and stylish; however, coming here after work sometimes feels a bit intimidating due to its sophisticated atmosphere!

    I had a wonderful time.

    Stayed one night with my husband [Positive Points] The cleaning is thorough Some Rooms have massage chairs The breakfast was delicious The staff left a very good impression Close to the station [Points of Concern] Personally, I was very satisfied and would recommend this Hotel, but it feels a bit plain? It has the appearance of a public Facility (laughs) We were upgraded to a Room and had a dream-like time I plan to stay here again when visiting for business or sightseeing

    I used it for the first time on the first day of my trip to Izu. The only thing that bothered me was the cleaning of the Room. I was particularly concerned about the mold and water stains in the water area. Mold may be difficult to deal with due to ventilation Facility issues, but water stains on the faucet seem to be within the range that can be addressed by cleaning. Also, I was happy to have an air purifier with a humidifier during this dry season, but when I removed the tank to refill the water, the mold on the tank itself was quite noticeable. I have used other Daiwa Roynet Hotels several times, and they were always cleaned nicely, which I liked, but this time it was a bit disappointing. The parking lot was next door, and it was not too far from the highway interchange, so I was satisfied with the location. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Stress at Check-in

    Even though I made a reservation on IKYU.com and paid by card in advance, I was still required to write down my name, address, phone number, and even my PIN at the front desk. Just when I thought the procedure was over, I had to go through the process of issuing a card at the check-in machine. When I asked, "Can't I issue the room key here?" I received a curt response, "It's the hotel's policy." Is such a check-in procedure necessary, as if testing the patience of the guests? What is the purpose of having front desk staff? Just because of this hassle, I will not stay here again in the future.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night. The location is very convenient as it is close to the station. There is also a parking lot attached to the hotel. The room was clean and I had a pleasant stay. I will use it again.

    Clean and comfortable!

    The atmosphere was calm, and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with both Japanese and Western options, and it was delicious. There was also a large desk, making it easy to spend time there. I would like to use it again.
