  Extremely Disappointed

  There were no signs to guide us from Metro Kiba Station to the Hotel, making it difficult to find. The Hotel entrance had a few steps but no ramp, and the Hotel staff did not seem to notice. At breakfast, there were no available seats or food stock, so we had to wait to be seated and also wait for the food to be served, causing some people to leave the dining area. I expected at least basic service because of the APA sign, but this time it was a misjudgment.
