    I always stay here when visiting Osaka.

    I’ve stayed here many times. It’s clean, the staff are wonderful, and even a single Room is spacious enough with everything you need. Breakfast is delicious. I recently learned it’s part of the Royal Host group—no wonder the food is so good. You can also enjoy Osaka specialties, and there’s a wide variety of drinks such as tea. Thank you for the great meal. I’ll be back again.

    Wonderful!

    Every Richmond Hotel is wonderful, no matter the location! This Room was prepared exactly as I requested in advance, it was spacious, the bathroom was reasonably large, and the cleaning was perfect—there were zero complaints. If I had more time, I’d love to stay long-term. I’ll definitely stay again if I have the chance!!

    Compact and comfortable

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights. It was excellent value for money, and I was able to spend my time comfortably without any inconvenience. However, it was frustrating that the elevator took a long time to arrive. If I stay in the Namba area again, I would definitely like to use this Accommodation.

    The cleaning could have been better.

    All the front desk staff were kind, which left a very good impression. The location is also convenient. However, the Room—especially around the bathtub—was not cleaned thoroughly (hair was clogged in the drain), and there was a lot of long hair stuck to the slippers, which was quite unsettling... Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, when I tried to go to shared areas like the coin laundry and microwave in the evening, what looked like collected linens had been spread out across the entire hallway floor, making it impossible to pass. It didn’t seem very good in terms of appearance or hygiene. Overall I’m satisfied because it’s affordable, but I would be happy if it were a bit cleaner.

    Excellent

    Great location and clean Hotel. One of the best Hotels I have stayed at so far. Check-in and check-out were smooth with self-service terminals! I only interacted with the staff during breakfast, but they were very friendly, provided excellent service with smiles, and the menu was diverse and fantastic. I plan to visit Osaka frequently for my child's matches, so I would love to stay here again!

    The best!

    I stayed here for the first time for two nights and three days to support my favorite activities. In conclusion, it was absolutely amazing! The breakfast was incredibly delicious with a wide variety, making both mornings enjoyable! Additionally, the breakfast staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. On the first day, one friendly staff member even served me miso soup! The location is convenient as it's just a short walk to the station, and both check-in and check-out can be done automatically, which made my stay very comfortable overall. If I have any plans nearby in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

    Richmond Hotel Quality

    Just a few minutes' walk from Daikokucho Station, the location is excellent. The building is clean, and complimentary welcome drinks are available until 8 PM. Amenities are well-equipped, as expected from other Richmond Hotels. The Room is very clean, with well-maintained bathrooms and overall cleanliness ensuring satisfaction. However, some foreign guests occupied the lobby sofas for extended periods, slightly affecting the atmosphere. Breakfast maintains Richmond's quality standards with fresh salads and a wide variety of dishes. Overall, this Hotel is highly recommended for its exceptional cleanliness and comfort.

    The bed is a double, and there is a large TV in front for your enjoyment. Towels were replaced; however, the cups used for tea and coffee were left dirty, and used tea bags remained. While the trash bin was cleaned, there might be some minor hygiene concerns.

    An Elevated Business Stay

    I think this is the best-quality Accommodation for the price. *Non-smoking* I stayed in the Hollywood Twin A / Single Use (Twin), and the Room was spacious, with a separate bath and toilet, very clean, and it’s impressive to find this level for under 10,000 yen amid today’s rising accommodation costs. It truly feels like a step above a standard business stay. The location is a bit inconvenient as it’s away from the main entertainment district and far from the station, but Namba is still within walking distance.

    It was a surprise.

    This was my second stay at the accommodation, about a week after my birthday. At check-in (though it was before the official time), I was informed that the room was ready, allowing for an early check-in. Upon entering the room, I found a delightful birthday card waiting for me—this was the first surprise. I had a comfortable stay, and during checkout, a staff member mentioned that they had forgotten something during check-in and presented me with a pound cake (there were other gift options as well). This thoughtful gesture made me very happy; in fact, their earlier forgetfulness turned out to be quite charming in hindsight. I truly appreciate how kind everyone always is. I rated the bathroom 4 stars because it was part of a unit with the sink and toilet combined into one space. However, it was clean and spacious (the bathtub especially), so it's closer to 5 stars than 4. This is an affordable hotel in Namba where you can enjoy a comfortable stay. The parking staff are also very kind. I look forward to visiting again!

    Very convenient.

    A very convenient and comfortable Business Hotel. This is my second stay since Fukushima, and the slightly larger Room was very comfortable. The excellent access is a great advantage. All the staff are kind, making it a safe and pleasant stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

    About Front Desk Service

    This was my first time using the service. I am not familiar with Osaka city, but I had a place to go immediately upon arrival. When I asked the front desk staff, they kindly and thoroughly explained how to get there, allowing me to reach my destination smoothly. I'm glad I made it on time. The next day, after checking out, they also helped me with directions to Itami Airport by looking up the route from the Hotel exit to the bus stop and even checking the bus schedule for me. This allowed me to reach the airport without any confusion and have plenty of time before my flight. Thanks to their assistance, I felt no anxiety about navigating unfamiliar places and was able to make my short stay in Osaka a fruitful journey. The efficient support provided by two young front desk persons must be attributed significantly to their superiors' guidance as well. I thought this is a Hotel I'd like to use again in the future. Thank you very much.

    A relaxing Business Hotel

    I think it is rated as a Business Hotel, but the Room size is about 1.5 times larger than other Business Hotel chains. Although it is a unit bath, it is spacious enough to stretch your legs and soak in the water. The size and firmness of the bed were also satisfactory. The meals had a wide variety and tasted good. Due to space constraints, each portion was small, but they were frequently replenished. The only concern was that the staff walked around with loud footsteps.

    Surprisingly quiet

    Perhaps because it was a secluded Room, it was unexpectedly quiet. The twin Room had a separate bath and toilet, and the washbasin was spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. The drawbacks were that to turn off the Room lights when sleeping, you had to go to the entrance, and the charger connection was poor, making it difficult to charge. The amenities were plentiful, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. There were also supermarkets, Kura Sushi, and CoCo Ichibanya around the Hotel, making it very convenient.

    I would like to stay again.

    I made a reservation thinking it was a Business Hotel, but it was a better Hotel than expected, close to the station, and I would definitely like to use it again when I have business in the south. Drip coffee bags were prepared on the first floor, and there were proper coffee cups in the Room, which was nice.

    Very good Hotel

    Located just south of Daikokucho, the fact that it's right in front of a pachinko parlor might be a concern, but the location is by no means bad. The breakfast is also excellent and highly satisfying. If I had to find a flaw, the toilet seat is too close to the wall, making it a bit cramped as your arm might hit the toilet paper and your head might hit the shelf.

    A Hotel with the cleanliness typical of Richmond

    I made a reservation looking forward to breakfast. It is conveniently located near the station. Although it was disappointing that there were no lotions or bath additives compared to other Richmonds, the interior of the building was well-cleaned and had a sense of cleanliness, which was good. The breakfast felt a little less varied than other Richmonds, but every dish was very delicious. Perhaps due to the location, I was surprised by the noise of motorcycles speeding along the main road at night.

    Separate bath and toilet preferred.

    Convenient location with about 5 minutes access from the station. There are also convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. The staff's response was polite and good. The Room was clean and satisfactory. The bath was spacious, and it was nice to have it separate from the toilet. You can get coffee and such on the first floor, and there is also an area with vending machines for ice and other necessities. Everything you need is well provided. In the morning, there is a coffee service at the front desk, which was very nice. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    A good hotel that's easy to use

    Stayed in connection with a live event at ZEPP Namba. It was very close to the venue, which was helpful. Also close to the station, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also spacious and nice. There are many chain restaurants nearby, so initially, I considered hotels around Namba, but in the end, I was able to stay quite cheaply and rest quietly at night, which was great (within walking distance from Namba as well). There is also a market nearby, so it might be nice to have breakfast or lunch there. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The staff were very pleasant, and I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed for two consecutive nights to attend an event. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and cleaning staff, were all very pleasant, making my stay enjoyable. The single room and bed were spacious and comfortable. Since it was a hot day, the availability of welcome drinks was a great help. The breakfast included some Osaka specialties and was delicious. However, the entrance was right in front of a smoking area for a pachinko parlor, which was not very pleasant. I suppose there's nothing that can be done about it, but I would prefer to avoid eye contact as much as possible when entering and exiting.
