    Both the assistance over the phone in advance and the service on the day were excellent. I had made an input error when making my Reservation, but they responded quickly and even upgraded my Room, making my stay very pleasant. Thank you very much.

    Dormy Inn Offering Delicious Seafood Rice Bowls

    The Room is compact yet equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet, especially the customizable seafood rice bowl, was delightful and highly satisfying. Guests can also enjoy Dormy Inn's signature night soba noodles and post-bath services, ensuring a classic Dormy Inn experience. Additionally, some rooms come with a washer-dryer, making it very convenient for long stays or travelers looking to pack light. On the other hand, the sauna-equipped large public bath can get quite crowded depending on the time of day, which might be slightly disappointing. As this is a popular Hotel, it may be best to plan visits during less busy hours for a more relaxing experience. Overall, this Hotel offers an excellent balance of location, service, and dining options and serves as an ideal base for sightseeing or business in the Namba area.

    Conveniently located near the downtown area.

    When it comes to Dormy Inn, the highlights are undoubtedly the large public bath and the "Yonaki Soba" (night ramen). The public bath features an open-air bath, a sauna, and adjustable water pressure showers. Despite being located in an urban Hotel, the spaciousness of the bath truly lives up to its name. The Yonaki Soba was exceptional, with broth that was arguably the best in Dormy history. It surpassed typical Business Hotel ramen quality and tasted like something you'd find at a specialty restaurant. Interestingly, I learned for the first time that you can order a large serving or even get seconds of Yonaki Soba. After starting with a half portion of ramen, I went back for seconds with a large serving. Although I couldn't try breakfast due to time constraints, it looked delicious from what I could see. I'll definitely give it a try next time. This stay was for business purposes; however, given its proximity to bustling areas like Shinsaibashi and its direct subway access from Shin-Osaka without transfers, it's also highly convenient for leisure travelers. I'll certainly consider staying here again on my next visit to Osaka!

    The room and bath were excellent.

    I stayed here to visit the Osaka Expo. The semi-double bed was very comfortable, and the Room was more spacious than I expected, making my stay pleasant. The bathwater was very clean. I would love to stay here again.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located near the station. The large public bath was relaxing and helped relieve my fatigue. I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

    Recommended for its convenient location near Dotonbori and its Onsen.

    The Room and the entire Facility are very clean and highly recommended. Most guests are from overseas, so if you can tolerate some poor manners, it’s reasonably priced, and the late-night noodles and the wide variety of ice cream prepared after the Onsen were delicious. Breakfast also offers a great variety with nothing to complain about. It’s close to Dotonbori and Namba, and the front desk staff were kind and pleasant. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

    The breakfast was disappointing.

    I have stayed at various Dormy Inns and was looking forward to the seafood bowl for breakfast this time as well, but it was a mix of salmon and salmon roe, with almost no salmon roe and mostly salmon, which was very disappointing. There were people with poor manners in the large public bath, and the cleaning was not thorough, which made me feel uncomfortable. The staff's service was good.

    Although it’s a bit far from the station, it’s close to sightseeing spots and was enjoyable. The large public bath was also comfortable. Since it’s on a main road, there were times when it was a little noisy, but overall it was still easy to stay there.

    If I had to say

    I always have a very comfortable stay, but as a sauna enthusiast, if possible, I feel that the cold water is not very cold and a bit lukewarm, so lowering the temperature setting would increase my satisfaction. If possible, that is.
