    It was a great Hotel!

    Conveniently located near the station, and the front desk staff are very kind. The Room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay! I stayed during a three-day holiday weekend, and the price was reasonable—I will definitely stay here again when I visit Fukushima!

    It was a clean Room.

    It was very convenient, right next to the station. The Room was clean and well maintained. Next time, I would like to choose a Plan that includes breakfast.

    We had a very comfortable stay.

    This was a last-minute one-night stay, so I didn’t spend much time comparing options. With a NEWDAYS next door and such a convenient location inside the station, I chose this Hotel. The bed was spacious enough to stretch out comfortably, and I slept soundly and relaxed. The amenity cosmetics were made by POLA, so I felt confident using them, and the bath salts were also a nice touch. At this time of year the Room felt a bit dry, so as someone with a sensitive throat, I really appreciated having a humidifier. Breakfast was served set-meal style, and with delicious freshly cooked rice and grilled fish, I enjoyed it thinking how great the food in Fukushima is. The staff’s smiles felt very natural and helped me relax when I arrived feeling a bit nervous in an unfamiliar place. Thank you very much.

    Late-night check-in was smooth and pleasant.

    I was initially worried about driving after work, but the location near the station was easy to find and very convenient. I would like to visit again when using JR.

    Convenient access and meets expectations.

    The bedding, bath, and amenities were exactly as described in the information provided, and we were very satisfied. Since we had inquired about parking in advance, we stopped by the counter at check-in and received a detailed explanation about discounts. The guidance for Multiple Night Stay was smooth, and it was great to have the option to choose eco-friendly services such as amenities and cleaning. We chose a breakfast-included Plan, which was convenient as it wasn't a buffet style. Although the photo shows Western-style food, the Japanese-style breakfast was also very delicious.

    It was comfortable as it has been renovated.

    I stayed in a double room on the 8th floor. I had stayed before the renovation, and the image has been completely renewed, allowing for a pleasant stay with stylish colors. Although the room was on the railway side, the sound of the Shinkansen was hardly noticeable, and it was enjoyable to occasionally watch the passing freight trains. I chose a plan with breakfast included, and for those who depart early, they offer a bento-style breakfast. I had the regular breakfast style. I chose Japanese cuisine, but unfortunately, I couldn't eat the fish because it was mackerel, to which I am allergic. I should have declared my allergy. The location is almost at the station, so it's convenient, and I would like to use it again.

    Comfortable ladies' room

    I was upgraded from a single room as a courtesy. The renovations made it comfortable. The USB ports around the bed are convenient. I would like to stay again.

    The mirror in the unit bath is...

    The Room was renovated and became beautiful. However, the unit bath was not renovated, so the black stains on the mirror were very disappointing.

    Overall, it was good. Specifically: 1. Close to the station and convenient 2. Room with a rational arrangement of items, providing a calming atmosphere 3. Both the shampoo and body soap lather and scent are good 4. Fast elevator 5. Customer service with an appropriate level of tension, which is good 6. Easy and quick check-out machine operation 7. Breakfast is rational and quick (I wish the simmered dishes were warm. I thought so because they were delicious) I had a comfortable stay for one night and two days. Thank you very much.
