    I visited Sendai with my wife, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of dishes. The Accommodation Fee was also very reasonable even though it was a Saturday, which made our stay excellent.

    Front Desk Staff

    I had a complaint about the front desk staff. The female staff member with reddish-framed glasses was unpleasant in her response. When I checked in at 3:00 PM on November 29, there was no "Welcome" greeting, and when I didn't write down my vehicle's license plate number on the form, she sighed audibly. She was extremely unfriendly. I wondered if this was standard for this Hotel, but the staff during check-out were polite and friendly, so I believe it was solely an issue with her. Other than that, I have no complaints.
