The service is excellent, but the rooms are disappointing.

The hospitality and service from check-in to check-out were excellent. Also, the breakfast was good. The common areas, although old, have a sense of cleanliness. Especially the large public bath was very clean, and the quality of the hairdryer was good, which increased satisfaction. However, the room cleaning was not thorough, and I felt uncomfortable walking barefoot even for a moment. The dark carpet made the dust accumulation in the corners stand out, and the dirt around the sink drain was particularly concerning. I think my expectations were heightened because it was listed on IKYU, but I felt a bit disappointed.
