    Hospitality Services

    The reception staff were no help at all when I asked for parking advice for restaurants and sightseeing spots—this was my first time having such an experience. A Hotel should represent the local area, yet they couldn’t offer any sightseeing tips or recommend nearby restaurants. The facilities were decent, though.

    The front desk staff are

    I was very disappointed that there was no greeting even as I walked past the front desk. I stayed here with high expectations because the exterior looks like a long-established Hotel, but there was no greeting at the front desk and the phone service was poor, so I felt this is not a Hotel I would stay at again.

    Delicious Breakfast

    I stayed for one night to visit La Collina and explore Omihachiman. Since the rainy La Collina was unexpectedly disappointing, I arrived at the Hotel early and relaxed in the Room. The Room was reasonably spacious, with two single sofas that made it comfortable to unwind. Various areas had been renovated, and the long counter table under the TV was particularly convenient for placing items. However, when I asked two young staff members at the front desk separately about parking at tourist spots, they seemed unaware of it. Additionally, there was no ice machine in the building; I had to request ice from the restaurant through the front desk, which was inconvenient. Breakfast started at 7:00 AM but was fully packed when I went shortly after 7:00 AM. When I returned before 8:00 AM, it was less crowded. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes featuring local ingredients like vegetables and Omi beef, all of which were very delicious.

    Satisfied!

    We stayed as a group of three, and the room was spacious enough with a large TV, offering great value for money. It’s also within walking distance to Tiffany's, which was very convenient. We were extremely satisfied. The front desk staff were all smiling and exuded hospitality, making our stay very pleasant.

    A Relaxing and Healing Space

    Stayed for sightseeing in Omihachiman. Conveniently located near the station, making it easy to go out for dinner at night. The room was clean, with a spacious bed that allowed for a comfortable rest. Tea bags were provided in the room, but it would have been nice if water and drip coffee were available at the shop on the first floor. The plan included breakfast, which featured plenty of local ingredients and was very delicious. I would love to stay here again when visiting Omihachiman!

    The Room was spaciou...

    The Room was spacious, and even with two suitcases open, it didn’t feel cramped at all! The TV screen was large and very enjoyable. If I may say so... it would have been perfect if YouTube was available! Haha. I would love to stay again if I have the chance! Thank you very much!

    First Time in Omihachiman

    Visiting Omihachiman for the first time while staying in Osaka! Explored Omihachiman with prior research. Convenient location near the station, quiet Hotel, and a clean Room where I could relax. Breakfast was delicious, featuring plenty of local ingredients. Thank you very much. I would love to visit again!

    Great value for money

    The Facility is overall aged, but the bathroom and toilet have been renovated and were clean. The room was also well-cleaned and tidy. The breakfast and desserts served on the top floor were delicious.

    It was a beautiful Hotel.

    The interior was clean and the Hotel was very nice. The Room was also clean and had a sense of cleanliness. The service was good, and the parking lot was next door, so I could park with peace of mind. There is Wi-Fi, but. It doesn't connect at all. Even if it connects, it disconnects immediately. Everything except the Wi-Fi was good.

    The hospitality level of the staff at the dining venue is high.

    I was very impressed by the excellent service attitude of the staff at the breakfast venue. They approached us in a friendly manner without being intrusive, and I thought their support for the meal was elegant and skillful. I felt that they contributed to enhancing the overall impression of the Hotel. As for the breakfast itself, my first impression was that the variety was somewhat limited, but upon actually eating, I realized that there was hardly anything unnecessary in the content. It must have been the "ultimate menu" developed through long-term operation. It was delicious.

    Cotton items are available at check-in!

    The service, breakfast dishes, and restaurant location are all satisfactory at this hotel. It would have been even better if there were tourist information about Omihachiman, but it seemed that the front desk staff were not very knowledgeable about it. Cotton amenities are not available in the room, so it's a good idea to request them at check-in.
