    A complimentary lounge where you can also enjoy alcoholic beverages.

    Stayed the night before taking an express bus from the Yaesu Exit the next morning. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby, and it’s extremely convenient since the bus terminal is very close. There is a welcome lounge where you can enjoy complimentary soft drinks and alcohol. Another plus is that it stays open until 21:00. The Room was clean, but unfortunately it had a slight musty smell—possibly due to an aging air conditioner? It was nice to have a large public bath. There are no additional facilities such as a sauna, but there are two types of baths, which is more than enough to relax and recover. Overall, both the service and facilities feel less modern compared with newer Dormy Inn properties, but considering the location and price, I think it offers great value for money.

    This was my repeat stay. The front desk staff were courteous, the Room was a comfortable size, and the large bath always leaves me satisfied. However, this time I noticed an unpleasant odor when turning on the Room air conditioner, and the loungewear also had a smell. I would appreciate it if this could be improved.

    I chose this place looking forward to the large public bath, hoping to relieve my work fatigue. After my bath, my underwear was stolen. I can’t believe this is something that happens in Japan these days. I rushed to a convenience store to buy replacements, and when I explained the situation at the front desk, I received an indifferent apology……

    The carbonated hot spring is amazing!

    The location is excellent, and the large public bath and carbonated spring are fantastic! Thanks to a complimentary upgrade, my stay was extremely comfortable. The staff’s hospitality is top-notch, and I’m very satisfied. It reminded me that this Hotel is a great-value classic. I’ll definitely be back.

    I was able to relax and recharge.

    The staff were very courteous, and their attentiveness was excellent. Perhaps because I checked in late at night, it was disappointing that there were no pillows left to choose from. I was able to fully relax and recover in the Onsen. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    Close to the station, affordable and clean, with a comfortable bath. No worries about keys. Friendly and helpful staff.

    The staff and security guard were excellent. The Room was clean, and the door uses a keypad lock, so there’s no risk of forgetting to return a key. You can hear some noise from the hallway, but once inside the Room it wasn’t an issue. The bath isn’t very large, but it’s clean and pleasant. You can choose your pillow (though I ended up sticking with the default). Also, the pajamas are surprisingly comfortable. Less than 10 minutes from the Hotel to the Shinkansen platform—convenient, affordable, and a great Hotel.

    Onsen with Ion Water in Yaesu

    This hotel near Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit features an onsen with ionized water, offering a perfect way to relax and unwind. The breakfast is excellent, making it a place you might want to stay regularly. A slight cost reduction would be appreciated.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Super Hotel offers excellent service and a comfortable stay, making it one of my top choices when available. This time, I stayed in a room conveniently located near the large public bath. However, there was an unpleasant odor in the room from the moment I entered. Although I used the provided deodorizing spray, it did not completely eliminate the smell. After checking reviews later, I noticed that other guests had also mentioned issues with room odors. I hope this can be improved. Other than that, it is a wonderful hotel.

    The staff is wonderful.

    Compared to other Business Hotels, the ladies' rooms are not particularly outstanding, and while the breakfast bread was delicious, the variety of dishes is limited. However, if you choose this Hotel, it would be because of the excellent front desk staff. It seems that the highlight of this Hotel is not the bath but rather the exceptional service provided by its staff.

    That's unfortunate.

    I used it for the first time. The access from Tokyo Station was good, and it was a convenient Hotel. I was also given an extension for the checkout time, which was good up to that point... When I was about to take a shower and get ready, there was no hot water. When I hurriedly contacted the front desk, they said, "Today, that Room is not supposed to have hot water, and we forgot to inform you." I thought it would have been better if they had assigned me another Room since it wasn't fully booked. I thought I had found a good Hotel, so I left the Hotel feeling very disappointed.

    Wi-Fi issues

    I have used this place several times, but every time I encounter a situation where the wifi regularly disconnects (frequent disconnections lasting about 30 seconds). You can borrow a mobile router at the front desk, but it ultimately connects to the SSID: SUPER HOTEL, so it doesn't fundamentally solve the problem. The restaurant on the 1st floor has a different SSID, and the connection is comfortable on the 1st floor. The above situation is the same for both PC and smartphone, so I think it would be good to investigate. (This was also mentioned in a previous Review by others)

    I stayed for two nights and three days. Since it was a hotel near the station, I decided to stay at this hotel. To be honest, it was a hotel that was only close to the station. I was not satisfied with the amenities, service, room size, and facilities. When I asked the front desk to call a taxi, I was told there would be a 500 yen service charge. A service charge to call a taxi!!?? I was surprised. Is that how it is?? Is my sense of things strange?? I had to bring water from the hallway to the room, and I was told to come to the front desk to get extra towels. There was no hairdryer in the large public bath, and there was no outlet in the bathroom of the room. It was a very inconvenient hotel. I have stayed at various hotels, but I think this was a very unpleasant hotel. I was seeking an extraordinary experience, but it was a hotel that increased my stress. I am fed up with hotels like this. Sorry for complaining about various things. Thank you very much.

    I was charged twice for the accommodation fee.

    Despite having made a card payment in advance, I was made to pay again at check-in. Check-in was in the evening, but since a family member stayed alone, they ended up double-paying as instructed by the front desk. Even when they said it was already paid, they were not listened to and had no choice but to pay. Wouldn't you normally check at that point? When I heard about it around 11 PM and hurriedly called, I was told that it was due to a system glitch with IKYU, and the payment information had not been received. I am suspicious if it is really IKYU's responsibility. It's hard to believe that nearly six hours after check-in, they didn't notice the double payment until we pointed it out. I could understand if it were abroad, but this is a hotel in Japan.

    If you're using Tokyo Station, this is the place.

    Accommodation for a concert at the Budokan. By using the underground passage, you can almost avoid getting wet and it's easy to find your way without getting lost. Arrived at 1 PM, and when I went to leave my luggage, they also handled the check-in process and said they would take my luggage to the room. Since the check-in was completed, I went to Ginza for dinner after the concert and returned to the hotel at leisure. The next day was also a concert, so I had breakfast and relaxed until the 11 AM check-out. They held my luggage even after check-out, so I was grateful not to have to look for a coin locker. There was a welcome drink, but I didn't use it as I didn't make it in time for the available hours. There were various amenities near the front desk, and they were organic. You could also choose from a variety of pillows. Since there is a large public bath, the bathroom in the room is compact. You can check the congestion status of the large public bath from the room, so I used it late at night. There were no locks on the lockers, so I couldn't tell the usage status. I took a leisurely soak in the carbonated spring bath. It's not very spacious, so it might be hard to take a long bath, but it's good for the skin and improves circulation, so my legs felt lighter and I slept soundly. The shower in the room also had an ion water server on the floor, so I filled the room's mug and drank it. Both my daughter, who stayed with me, and I were thrilled that not only our skin but also our hair became silky smooth. Breakfast was like a typical business hotel breakfast. They properly guided us to our seats, and there was a sign on the table to indicate usage status, so it wasn't chaotic, which was nice. The content was a business hotel breakfast. It was interesting that they had chanko. The Western-style options included sausages and scrambled eggs. The rice was cooked in the latest rice cooker. There was a soft-serve ice cream machine, so some people made mini sundaes. I was happy with the variety of teas available. There were three elevators. I never had to wait long. The front desk staff were smiling and efficient. It was a pleasant interaction. Actually, I had tried to book this hotel for years but couldn't stay due to changes in plans, so I was delighted to finally stay. If you're staying with Tokyo Station as your base, this is a hotel you'd want to choose without hesitation. Thank you very much. I will visit again.
