  I’ve been using it frequently lately.

  I’ve been staying here frequently lately, and the other day I had to extend my stay at short notice due to scheduling. The front desk staff handled it smoothly, and I had a wonderful time. I’d like to stay here again in the future.

  1-Second Check-In??

  They advertise that you can check in in one second by scanning your membership information on your smartphone, but at every APA I’ve stayed at, it always errors out the first time. Then a staff member comes over and the usual exchange starts with “Please show me your membership card.” For some reason, it works on the second try. The front desk said it isn’t linked to the reservation information... If that were true, it wouldn’t work from the second time onward either. It’s better not to offer such a questionable explanation. I plan to keep using your hotels, but I’ll assume that “one-second check-in” requires trying twice. Thank you for your continued support.

If you made your Reservation through a site other than the official APA Hotel app, you can enable 1-Second Check-In by entering your Reservation details in the official app. Please open the app, tap the three-line menu icon at the top right of My Page, and go to “Search/Import Reservations Made Outside APA Direct.” Enter the hotel name, booking site, and Reservation Number to complete setup. We hope you will try this next time.

  Near the station

  This was my second stay for a live concert. It’s very convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from Sakae Station. The Room is not too small—just the right size—and it feels clean and comfortable. When staying near Sakae Station, this is my only choice.

As you mentioned, our Hotel is located about a 1-minute walk from Exit 2 of Sakae Subway Station, and the surrounding area is filled with a wide variety of restaurants and shopping facilities. In addition, venues such as Vantelin Dome and IG Arena can be reached from the nearest station without transfers, so our location has been well received by many guests. We also offer various features to enhance your comfort, including the “Dolce Gusto” coffee machine in guest rooms—available only at our Hotel in the Tokai area. We would be grateful if you choose to stay with us again when you are in the area. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

  The double Room has only one chair.

  If two people are staying in a double room, it would be nice to have chairs and a table suitable for both to sit comfortably. This might be difficult considering the price, though.
