    A Stay After a Long Time Away

    It was my first stay in several years. At check-in, the front desk staff member from overseas explained everything very politely, which was great. The welcome drink was also nice. The Room size, the spacious bath, the strong shower water pressure, and the bath additive among the amenities were all excellent. The cleaning was spotless as well. Even though they were busy at breakfast, all the staff greeted guests and spoke up when replenishing items—everyone was energetic and it felt great. There was a wide variety of dishes; the pork miso soup with plenty of ingredients (not seafood) and the hearty curry were both delicious. The location is also great, within walking distance to Susukino. With this level of satisfaction, the Accommodation Fee feels like a great value, so it’s a Hotel that makes you want to stay again. It had been a while since I stayed at a Hotel I was this satisfied with.

    I stayed for three n...

    I stayed for three nights. The front desk staff were courteous and quick, which I appreciated. Breakfast was good with plenty of seafood, but the seating was a bit cramped. The complimentary drinks and ice pops at the front desk were a nice touch. Although I was told towels would be changed daily, they were only replaced once, which was disappointing.

    I would like to stay here again.

    The highly rated breakfast was, of course, delicious and very satisfying. The breakfast venue was crowded, but the staff guided guests to seats and served meals promptly and smoothly, so it never felt hectic and we were able to dine comfortably. I stayed for three days, and the staff were consistently courteous—whether at the breakfast venue, when passing in the hallway, or at the front desk—and their hospitality really came through. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

    Excellent service beyond breakfast.

    This Hotel is famous for its breakfast buffet, but it also offers complimentary drinks and free ice pops in the lobby in the afternoon, which was very satisfying. The front desk staff were kind, and I had a very pleasant stay.

    I arrived about 30 m...

    I arrived about 30 minutes before check-in, but no one at the front desk spoke to me, so I waited in the lobby in front of the front desk. During that time, the staff were chatting, and those of us waiting to check in felt a bit uncomfortable. Even after check-in time had passed, it felt like we were being ignored until we spoke up. At other Hotels, staff always acknowledge you, so this made for an uncomfortable start to my stay. Breakfast was delicious as always, and the Room was clean. Aside from the disappointing check-in experience, I was satisfied with my stay.

    Great location.

    I stayed here during heavy snowfall at the Sapporo Snow Festival. The location is excellent—it's right there as soon as you come up the station stairs. I had high expectations for breakfast, but it was just average for me. There was no Room cleaning; only towels were left hanging on the doorknob. What I liked most was the in-room bath. The bathroom was spacious, the shower water pressure was perfect, and the bathtub was large as well. The toothbrush is quite hard and wasn’t usable for me, so I recommend bringing your own. We used a twin Room, but I was surprised to find false eyelashes stuck to my friend’s bed sheet. When I said I wouldn’t sign up for membership, the front desk staff’s attitude noticeably changed (lol). The male staff member who recommended a ramen place late at night was very kind. Thank you.

    Highly Satisfied

    Booked as the last accommodation for a trip to Hokkaido due to the highly-rated breakfast buffet. The breakfast exceeded expectations with an exceptionally high level of satisfaction. The frequent replenishment without running out was impressive. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Hokkaido.

    It was a relaxing Hotel.

    The staff from the front desk to the breakfast venue were very pleasant, making the stay comfortable. The approachable atmosphere pleasantly reminded me of traditional hotels. Recently, some places with automated check-ins or outsourced breakfast services can feel impersonal, but this was not the case here. It was a great Hotel. For breakfast, if you want to enjoy seafood bowls and local dishes from Hokkaido, you'll be more than satisfied. Having vinegared rice available was also a delightful touch!

    The breakfast was truly exceptional, just as rumored.

    It was a trip for four, including my parents in their late 70s and my siblings. We used a spacious Room with an extra bed for four people, and it didn’t feel cramped at all, which was great. The staff were very polite and provided excellent service. The breakfast was absolutely amazing as rumored! Both the quality and variety were just as advertised. My parents and sibling were very pleased. For Multiple Night Stays under SDGs guidelines, only towel replacement and trash disposal are offered; however, we requested cleaning services. While there were some minor issues like leftover trash or slightly sloppy bathroom cleaning, we considered it acceptable since it’s our own traces (especially given the great value for the price).

    The hospitality and meals are excellent. In addition to the highly-rated breakfast, the staff is motivated, friendly, and ensures a pleasant stay. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved as it was not in ideal condition.

    I stayed in a Deluxe...

    I stayed in a Deluxe Twin Non-Smoking Room. This room features a separate toilet and bath, which I highly recommend! Even if one person is using the bath or getting ready, the other can still use the toilet. The toilet also has two hand towels, so there's no need to share—very convenient. The bathroom is spacious with a washing area. You can relax by adding bath salts available in the lobby on the first floor. The lobby also provides skincare items like lotion, emulsion, and facial cleanser, which are very handy. The welcome drinks and ice cream are delightful services as well! Breakfast includes unlimited salmon roe! Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it leisurely due to an early departure. I look forward to staying here again next time!

    I was very satisfied.

    I stayed for two days for work. It takes a little time, but there is a direct bus to the airport near the front of the hotel. The variety of food was extensive, and staff informed us which dishes were freshly prepared, making it easy to choose. Everything was incredibly delicious, and I ended up eating too much—completely satisfied! I thought I could try all the dishes, but there were too many to finish. Even after eating too much at a restaurant near Sapporo Station, the path back to the hotel is straightforward and within walking distance—a good way to get some exercise. This is definitely a hotel I would like to stay at again!

    The Famous Breakfast You’ve Heard About

    Famous for its amazing breakfast, I waited on the cancellation list to make a Reservation. As rumored, the breakfast was very satisfying. The sashimi was delicious. The milk was tasty. The soup curry was also great. I wish I had more room in my stomach—I wanted to eat more! If I may add, having soft-serve ice cream would have been even better. In the morning, I turned on the TV in my Room, but no programs were displayed. While the program title appeared in the top right corner, there was no picture on the screen. It worked fine the night before—what happened? I had been looking forward to watching unique local programs from Hokkaido! After finishing breakfast and returning to my Room, it started working again. Because of this issue with the Facility, I'm lowering my rating slightly—though it might have just been bad luck!

    Top-notch hospitality

    When I requested a smoking Room, they couldn't provide one, but they arranged a Room near the smoking area and accommodated various other requests. The hospitality is amazing for such a reasonable price.

    The rooms are clean ...

    The rooms are clean and comfortable, the front desk and parking staff provide warm hospitality, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and for us who are self-driving, it offers a great Property environment. Other transportation options are also considered convenient.

    Ordinarily good.

    I stayed without breakfast, but I would like to use this place again without any problems. I thought it might have a strong business hotel feel, but the bathtub was spacious, and the toilet was separate with a hand wash area. It's quiet despite being close to the downtown area. Clean. I requested courier services and they handled it willingly, so I think it's a reliable hotel.
