    I went to see my child.

    It was very convenient, located close to Kichijoji Station. The front desk had a bright atmosphere, and the Room felt clean. The bathroom was also spotless. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    I had an errand in Kichijoji and was able to stay here again. The front desk staff are friendly, and it’s comfortable—one of my favorites!

    Satisfied

    Conveniently located near the station, making shopping and dining easy. We drove, so we were worried about parking, but we really appreciated the parking attendant who ran over to help us. The front desk staff were also very friendly, and we checked in smoothly. We were happy with the complimentary coffee and snacks as well. The Room was standard, but it was kept very clean. The bed was a bit firm for my husband who has back issues, but it was spacious and comfortable. Although we stayed only one night, we had a pleasant stay. We would like to stay again.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    We stayed as a family during the holiday period. The parking area was easy to find, and we were guided courteously and clearly. At check-in, a fresh trainee assisted us with great effort, which left a very positive impression. The amenities were well stocked, and we enjoyed soup in the lounge along with plenty of other drinks. A cute map showing recommended nearby shops reflected a real love for the local area. The Room was clean as well. One request: it would be nice to have water bottles to take water from the dispenser back to the Room. With only cups, it wasn’t enough, so we had to keep going out to refill water. Breakfast also featured thoughtfully prepared dishes—though the toaster was almost too powerful and sent our bread flying off somewhere! Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    The property was thoroughly cleaned and felt very hygienic, making our stay extremely comfortable. The complimentary coffee service in the lobby was also a nice touch. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and best of all it’s just steps from the station, so you can get around with hardly getting wet even in the rain—excellent convenience.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I stayed for two nights, and the Hotel was very clean and comfortable. There is also a lounge area in the lobby where you can enjoy complimentary soup and coffee. There are restaurants and a supermarket (LIFE) nearby, which was extremely convenient. I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning well, so it was cold in the early morning, but otherwise it’s a Hotel I’d want to stay at again for many nights. They kindly informed me that registering for Comfort Members allows you to extend checkout free of charge, which was very helpful.

    Thank you for your help during my son’s entrance exams.

    Thank you for taking such great care of my son during his university entrance exams. It was his first time staying alone in an unfamiliar place, so he seemed nervous, but he was very happy that a staff member encouraged him by saying, “Good luck with your exam!” They also provided a study room and had air purifiers set up, showing thoughtful consideration for exam takers. The bed and amenities were excellent as well, and he was able to sleep well—thanks to you, he passed. Thank you very much for everything.

    Close to the station

    The Hotel is conveniently located near the station and easy to use. The front desk service was excellent, and although the lobby is compact, it has a relaxing atmosphere.

    Direct Access to the New National Stadium

    I used the Hotel for an overnight stay after getting tickets for the World Athletics Morning Session. The New National Stadium was easily accessible via a single Sobu Line train, making it very convenient. Near Kichijoji Station, there were plenty of casual dining options and convenience stores. The compact Room was well-organized and lacked nothing essential. I found it to be cost-effective as well. Since my home is quite far from central Tokyo, overnight stays are sometimes necessary for events, and this has become one of the Hotels I would like to use again.

    I stayed for about a...

    I stayed for about a week with my elementary school-aged child. Since it was summer vacation, there was a festival event for children held on the lobby floor during our stay. My shy child hesitated to participate at first, but a staff member kindly encouraged them, and they were able to enjoy activities like yo-yo fishing and target shooting. I heard this was the first time such an event was organized and that it was small in scale, but we had plenty of fun, and my child became a big fan of both the staff and the accommodation. In order to attend children's events, I have been using accommodations in this area during long holidays for several years now. However, since this is a historic hotel, I had been hesitant until now. This time marked our first stay here; while you can feel its age in some aspects, the room was very functional, and the balance of interaction with staff felt just right—making our stay very comfortable. One point that concerned me was that the caster chair in the room seemed too large for the space; I often tripped over it. Additionally, its seat cushion was torn and patched up with tape that had started peeling off—it wasn’t really usable as is. If this could be improved upon, it would make stays even more comfortable!

    Great Location

    The best location to stay in Kichijoji. The price is on the higher side, but the excellent location makes it hard to consider other hotels in Kichijoji. While I understand SDGs, it would be nice to have at least some mineral water provided.

    Excellent location

    I stayed for two days. The room felt a bit small, but since it was No Meals Included, it was understandable. Being a hotel right near Kichijoji Station, it was very convenient to go anywhere. I could take an early morning walk in the park and spend my time leisurely. This time, I prioritized convenience for my stay, and in that regard, I was very satisfied. There was a water dispenser on the floor, but unfortunately, it ran out of water and couldn't be used. It would also be nice if tea bags were provided in the room.

    Multiple Night Stay for Exams

    I used this accommodation for an exam. It was very convenient as it is located right near Kichijoji Station. What I appreciated the most was that the restaurant was opened as a study room from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. They even provided drink service, allowing me to study in a quiet and calm environment. (I had planned to study at the desk in my room, so this was truly helpful.) Additionally, many exam takers and businesspeople were staying here, which made the facility quiet and peaceful. I successfully passed my exam and would like to make this my regular accommodation moving forward.

    A Friend to Exam Takers

    We used the Facility as my child was preparing for university entrance exams. The working space was open, and although we initially planned to relax in the Room, my child was motivated by other examinees and worked hard on studying. The Facility was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and my child was able to eat plenty and head to the exam venue full of energy. Thank you so much for your thoughtful consideration for examinees.

    Stayed for 2 nights.

    I forgot my favorite shirt, but unfortunately, it never turned up. Breakfast starts at 7 AM, so if you have an early departure, you won't make it in time.
