  The restaurant is no longer in operation.

  Located just a short walk from Sumiyoshi Station A4 Exit, past the park. The restaurant is currently not in operation, but despite its age, the interior is clean and offers a relatively spacious area compared to other APA accommodations. The unit bath is comfortable with a bathtub size that invites relaxation. The showerhead is of high quality. The chair features casters and a houndstooth pattern, while the beige-toned wallpaper provides a calming atmosphere. The low bed offers futon-like comfort, and the ceiling feels high. A TV is installed by the window. Stayed on the 5th floor.

  The building overall...

  The building overall feels old, and the Room and Facility did not leave a very clean impression. The heating mode of the room's air conditioning could not be selected. However, the temperature was just bearable for the season, so it was manageable. The staff's service was excellent, as expected from APA.

Our hotel, built approximately 30 years ago, may appear less modern compared to the latest APA Hotels. However, we have renovated facilities such as air conditioning and bidets to enhance guest satisfaction and plan to continue upgrading various areas in the future. Regarding cleanliness, while our front desk and cleaning staff strive for thoroughness, we will take your feedback into account and focus on even finer details moving forward. As for air conditioning, the entire building is currently managed with centralized cooling. Should you choose to stay with us again, please inform the front desk if needed; we offer heaters or blankets upon request for your comfort.
