    I couldn’t find the ...

    I couldn’t find the location, but they guided me over the phone. It was a shame I couldn’t use the large public bath because it didn’t fit my schedule. Breakfast was excellent.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    On weekends, the business district is calm and quiet. The renovated, clean guest rooms, large bath, and breakfast made it a comfortable Hotel. The service that lets you check how crowded the bath is was also convenient.

    A simple yet thoughtfully designed accommodation

    I checked in as if taking refuge, drenched in sweat from the extreme heat. Even though I arrived early, the staff offered kind words of appreciation, and at that moment I knew this was a great Accommodation. The Room I was shown to was a tasteful Japanese-style room—simple yet full of character. It was well cleaned; it may be old, but it’s spotless and very relaxing for someone like me. The location is also excellent—set slightly back from the city bustle—so it’s wonderfully quiet at night. The Facility and amenities are exactly what you need and more than sufficient. Nothing flashy, but thoughtfully designed and easy to use. I also appreciated having plenty of hangers in the Room. The large public bath is a good size with solid Facility features, well maintained, and very clean. The water temperature is well managed—truly all you need. The only disappointment was that the sauna started from 6:00 PM; I wanted to freshen up before heading out for dinner… Breakfast is simple—the best kind of simple. Yes, this is exactly what I want; they really get it. Rice, homemade miso soup, and small side dishes are more than enough—and on top of that, you can choose a freshly made homemade egg dish as well. A clear winner! It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a pleasant check-out experience. Thank you very much.

    When attending a live concert in Tokyo,

    This is my fifth stay. Whenever I attend a live show in Tokyo, I Reserve as soon as the date is set. Great access, a quiet neighborhood, courteous service, delicious complimentary breakfast, and excellent value for money. It’s truly been invaluable. I’ve already made Reservations for September 2 and 22, so I look forward to staying with you again.

    A cozy Hotel

    What stood out most was the breakfast restaurant staff—efficient, kind, and genuinely pleasant. It felt great first thing in the morning. The food selection was also far more thoughtful than the buffet at a typical Business Hotel. That said, since I checked in late and wasn’t familiar with the area, I wasn’t sure which ticket gate to exit from (in the end it didn’t make much difference), but I felt the access directions were a bit insufficient. It’s not what I’d call close to the station. On this day, my usual Hotel and others were extremely expensive, so I chose this one as it was around 20,000 yen. I wanted to use the shower in my Room, but it felt like it hadn’t been used for a long time, so I went to the public bath instead. There were already several people in the small tub. It’s an old Hotel with plenty of age on it, but overall I think cleaning is well maintained. The bed is small and quite basic. There’s no power outlet by the pillow. The towels could be better—I used my own. There was no bottled water like you often find these days. Disposable slippers are available at the lobby. There are only blinds; when you open them it faces a park, so I didn’t like having to turn on the lights to get ready even in the morning. I didn’t see any foreign guests or staff members.

    I had been interested for a while, and this was my first stay. The large public bath, breakfast, and the on-site jazz café were all excellent. It’s often fully booked and hard to make a Reservation, but I’ll be back. All the staff were kind, and I felt very comfortable. Thank you.

    After the concert at the dome

    I stayed here after Lady Gaga’s concert at Tokyo Dome. It’s a bit of a walk from the dome, but being away from the crowds was really nice. The tatami Room was relaxing, and the restroom was spacious and comfortable. Having a corner Room with lots of windows is another big plus. There’s also a large public bath, so I could unwind. Breakfast was generous and satisfying as well. Overall, this Accommodation offers great value for money.

    Stayed at the accomm...

    Stayed at the accommodation after the live event. The staff's service was very polite and heartwarming. The breakfast was delicious, and I was very satisfied. My daughter and I are talking about staying in a room with an open-air bath next time.

    Quiet Accommodation

    At first glance, it looks like a business hotel, but the room with an open-air bath where I stayed was lovely. The cypress bathtub and flooring were clean and well-maintained despite being prone to dirt and mold. Although small, the balcony was relaxing. The staff provided excellent hospitality. Breakfast was delicious and served in just the right portion for someone who doesn't usually eat much in the morning. The convenience store nearby was also very handy. On the downside, it's a bit far from the station, check-out time is relatively early at 10 AM, there’s no complimentary mineral water which most hotels provide, and locking/unlocking the room door was slightly inconvenient.

    Budokan Live

    I stayed here for the Hiromi Go Budokan live concert. The staff were kind, and the large public bath was very pleasant. There were also some fans among the guests. The location is convenient for transportation. Thank you for your hospitality!

    I stayed for a long-term accommodation during training. The facility is aged but maintained cleanliness. The large public bath was comfortable, and I used it every day. The breakfast service offered three types of freshly made egg dishes, which were also delicious. I would be happy to stay again if given the opportunity.

    I stayed here while volunteering for the World Athletics Championships. The staff were very accommodating, and it was so quiet and relaxing that I almost forgot I was in Ochanomizu. The large public bath was a great way to stretch out my tired legs after walking all day, leaving me refreshed. Thank you very much!

    I didn't know there was a Hotel like this in this area!

    I just discovered this place. It’s cozy and reasonably priced. The public bath is small, but it has a nice atmosphere. The staff are friendly and make you feel at ease. I’ve found a great spot!

    The staff is friendly.

    The staff provided pleasant and friendly service, making the stay enjoyable. Sleeping on futons in the tatami room was relaxing, but the high step into the unit bath and having to wear slippers each time was inconvenient. Additionally, since the slippers were not disposable, some guests might find this concerning. The unit bath was small, possibly because there is a large public bath available. While the facilities are overall old, they were not unclean. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious.

    Second time

    In April, I stayed here for the first time during a live concert at Budokan. It was comfortable, so I returned in May for a live concert at Tokyo Dome. Although I couldn't book a non-smoking Room and stayed in a smoking-permitted Room, there was no tobacco smell. After the concert, I moved with friends to Ochanomizu for drinks at an izakaya before parting ways. Afterward, it was incredibly convenient to walk just a few minutes back to the Hotel. I took a shower in the booth and went to bed. The next morning, I woke up early, relaxed in the large public bath, and enjoyed the complimentary yet sufficient breakfast. I also appreciated that the coffee wasn't from a machine but freshly brewed drip coffee with clear flavor. I will definitely stay here again when attending another live concert!

    Stay in Tokyo with the IKYU bargain. The location is close to Ochanomizu Station, about a 5-minute walk. Standard facilities and rooms. There is a bath on B1, and guests can use it freely with early check-in or during late night and early morning hours. Clean and comfortable.

    It started raining a...

    It started raining at checkout, but I was helped by being given an umbrella. I appreciate the courteous service and thoughtfulness of the front desk staff.

    Clean and comfortable

    I was a little worried about the small Japanese-style room, but it was a very comfortable and clean property. The transfer from Ochanomizu Station was not a hassle. (By the way, it's downhill) The large public bath was also comfortable. All the staff were pleasant, and the soft demeanor of the person in charge of breakfast was particularly impressive. Being able to use the elevator with almost no wait is also a big plus.
