  It takes 7-8 minutes from Ningyocho Station's ticket gate to the Hotel front desk.

  The hotel is indeed close to the station exit, but it requires a considerable walk (steps) to reach the ticket gate. Notably, the path from the ticket gate to the hotel room involves many stairs and steps. While this may not be an issue for healthy individuals, it can be quite challenging for wheelchair users, elderly guests, or those with physical discomfort. It could also be tough on days with bad weather such as rain. Additionally, since the hotel front desk is located on a basement floor, prospective guests are advised to double-check their route from Ningyocho Station. The guest rooms have a retro atmosphere reminiscent of Showa-era Japan and feel somewhat like staying in an old multi-tenant building—offering accommodations that match their price point. However, for those simply seeking a conveniently located hotel near the station where they can sleep and bathe comfortably, this place should suffice.

  Thank you very much for choosing to stay at our Hotel. We also sincerely appreciate your prompt feedback despite your busy schedule. As mentioned in your post, the stairs at Exit A5 of Ningyocho Station on the subway are quite long, but please note that Exits A3 and A6 are equipped with elevators. Guests with mobility challenges or those carrying heavy luggage are encouraged to use these exits. However, depending on the direction you start walking from these exits, there is a possibility of heading in the wrong direction. We kindly ask for your attention to avoid any confusion when heading to the Hotel. Additionally, as our front desk is located underground, we understand this may cause inconvenience for some guests. Unfortunately, this is not something we can address immediately, and we kindly ask for your understanding regarding this matter. While there is still much room for improvement on our part, we will continue striving daily by taking into account all of our guests' valuable opinions and feedback. We hope you will consider staying with us again when visiting Tokyo in the future. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you back soon!

  Close to Tokyo Station, with Nihonbashi and Suitengu within walking distance.

  Close to Ningyocho Station and within walking distance to Suitengu Shrine, the location was very convenient. Since it was just for accommodation, good subway access was all I needed. This time, I looked for a hotel near Tokyo Station as I participated in the Tokyo Marathon. The route from Suitengumae Station to Otemachi Station and then Tokyo Station was convenient, as well as from Ningyocho Station to Higashi-Ginza Station on foot and then Ginza Station to Tokyo Station. To reach the starting point at Shinjuku Station, I could take the Tokyo Metro from either Ginza or Tokyo Stations.

As mentioned in your review, our Hotel is conveniently located just a 2-3 minute walk from the A5 exit of Ningyocho Station on the subway. Additionally, Suitengumae Station and Nihombashi Station are within walking distance, approximately a little over 10 minutes away. Furthermore, there are many convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants in the surrounding area, making it a relatively favorable location. We are delighted to hear that we could be of some assistance during your participation in the Tokyo Marathon this time. However, we will not rest on our laurels and will continue striving daily by taking into account everyone's opinions. We hope you will consider staying with us again when you visit Tokyo next time.   No light enters through the window.

  The area with windows doesn't let in any natural light, so it felt quite dark and a bit gloomy even in the morning. I understand it's due to the building's structure, but still... Also, the step to enter the unit bath is too high, which seems a bit dangerous. I had breakfast on the first floor, and the portion was appropriate, which was nice. Being from Kansai, I don't eat natto, but I was told later that it could have been replaced with an egg. I wish I had known earlier, which was a bit disappointing.

As you pointed out, our property is surrounded by buildings, and in some rooms, the walls of nearby buildings are close to the windows. We regularly renovate to provide rooms that meet current trends, but like the step in the unit bath, we are struggling with issues related to location and structure. Regarding the natto for breakfast, upon checking with the breakfast venue, we were informed that they directly ask customers who request a change to a raw egg. We apologize for any lack of guidance.   I don't think the hotel is worth the price. The service wasn't good either.
