    The location and service were both excellent.

    It was conveniently located right by the subway entrance/exit. The front desk staff were very polite and kind, and I had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Every staff member provided excellent service, and I was truly impressed. The Hotel was clean overall, the Room was thoroughly cleaned, and it was spacious enough—nothing to complain about. I would like to stay here again.

    Great value for money and a nearby bakery

    I often stay along the Midosuji Line, but I had the chance to stay in Kitahama and spent one night at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kitahama. Reliable as always, Daiwa Roynet Hotel. Unlike other hotels, it’s quiet. Great value for money. I was also able to visit a famous bakery nearby. It was very delicious. Highly recommended.

    You can watch movies on a large screen in the Room.

    The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast offered plenty of vegetables and a wide variety of dishes, which we really enjoyed. The Room was spacious, and we relaxed watching movies on a large screen while enjoying cakes from a well-known nearby shop. There was also a jazz live music venue close by, making it convenient on the way back as well. It was the perfect Hotel for enjoying the city.

    It was very good.

    At check-in, the female front desk staff member provided excellent service. She was smiling throughout and showed great consideration for us. At check-out, the male staff member’s service and smile were also wonderful. The Room was very clean and well maintained, and there was nothing to complain about. I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    A Cozy Hotel

    The Hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout, including both the rooms and shared areas, and the check-in time being one hour earlier than other hotels was also a great advantage. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka.

    Exceptionally comfortable

    Thank you for your hospitality. The corner Room was comfortable, and the bed was spacious. It was a Multiple Night Stay, and the comfort was outstanding. The female staff at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were very helpful, and everyone we interacted with was kind—this is a wonderful Hotel. Excellent value for money!!

    It was a comfortable Hotel.

    The Room and bathroom were clean, and I had a comfortable stay. With both a desk and two mini tables, it was convenient to use them separately for luggage storage and desk work. Depending on how busy the front desk was, the staff opened the elevator doors and waited during check-in/check-out payment times, which was very helpful.

    The front desk staff were very courteous.

    The front desk staff kindly explained how to use the self check-in machine and other details. Since it was hot and humid that day, they even gave me a salt candy. Thanks to their thoughtful hospitality, I had a very pleasant stay. I have stayed here many times, and I would like to continue staying here in the future.

    Close to the station.

    It was clean and felt safe. There was a scheduled power outage for the entire building, so it was crowded at check-out, but otherwise I was satisfied. Thank you.

    No drawbacks—great value for money.

    I stayed in a twin Room, and the bathroom having a separate washing area was, above all, really great. The bathtub was a little small, but more than sufficient. It was a new, spacious, clean Room that was very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast buffet also had healthy side dishes like grated yam and potato salad with okara, which gave me the impression they’re really making an effort. I didn’t try them myself, but there were sweets as well. The curry was surprisingly good. It’s very close to Kitahama Station, so the location is perfect. The amenities you pick up at the front desk are plentiful too—everything from skincare items to body-wash towels and tea bags. If you’re staying in Osaka solo, this is a Hotel I can highly recommend.

    Hollywood Twin

    I stayed for two nights in a Hollywood Twin Room. - Luxurious interior - Spacious Room (27 m²) - Well-stocked amenities - Cute bathroom - Large desk, great for studying - Convenient location near the station - Hokkyokusei (a Western-style restaurant) nearby It was a very satisfying stay, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    It was so comfortable!

    Business stay, one night, single occupancy in a double room. It was comfortable and relaxing. The bath salts were nice. Coffee and mineral water were great too. Breakfast could have had more salad options; I couldn't find any tomatoes. Would love to stay again!

    Conveniently located near Kitahama Station with taxis readily available, the area is both accessible and quiet, offering a clean and pleasant environment. The amenities provided at the front desk were of high quality, including bath salts and makeup remover oil. Most importantly, the front desk staff were exceptionally kind; they changed my reservation from a smoking room to a non-smoking one when I mistakenly booked the wrong type. Additionally, when I requested an early morning courier service and another guest also needed assistance, another staff member promptly stepped in to help. I would love to stay here again!

    First time at Daiwa Roynet.

    After the marathon in Nagoya, I had work on Monday, so I chose this place because it was a quiet area and just one subway ride to my workplace. The Room was clean and felt more spacious than expected. It was very comfortable. Since it's close to my workplace, I might stay here again when I'm tired.

    The Room is spacious and comfortable to stay in.

    This was my first time using this service. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely like to use it again when I visit Osaka in the future. However, during check-in, it was crowded, and the guidance at the front desk was a bit unclear. It might be helpful if you could issue numbered tickets or hand out number slips to make it easier to understand. The Room and unit bath were more than spacious enough for a single person, and since it was a corner Room, it was very quiet. The cleaning was thorough, and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

    I trust Daiwa Roynet Hotel

    I originally liked a Hotel called Daiwa Roynet, and when I use a Business Hotel, I start looking from the local Daiwa Roynet. I think the cost performance is quite good. Although I had to transfer on the subway from this Kitahama to my destination, I still chose this one. I like the spaciousness of the Room the most. The Facility is also clean. The bathtub in the bathroom is not narrow, so you can relax. The amenity is a method where you bring what you need yourself, but I think it's very good because you can use as much tea and coffee as you need. The direct connection to the subway station is also a point of evaluation.
