    The breakfast is excellent.

    I stayed here for the first time the night before an overseas trip. The room rate was affordable and very helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, including plenty of vegetables and side dishes, and it was delicious; the staff were also kind, so I was very satisfied. It is especially recommended for those who like Japanese food. In addition, the Hotel is conveniently located near JR Kamata Station, with the Haneda Airport shuttle bus stop right in front of the station. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Air Conditioning

    The entire building has central air conditioning, so temperature adjustment was limited to on/off, and the room felt a bit warm (better than being cold since it was chilly outside). However, there was no humidifier, which caused dryness and coughing, slightly affecting my health. The Room was a twin and spacious. Having a closet with doors was convenient.

    The front desk was bright and clean. I felt there were many steps. The faucet at the sink seemed to be new, but it is a bit too long. Water overflows outside. The temperature in the Room was low and did not get warm even after adjusting.

    Good stay

    Although it is a bit far from the station, it was located in an easy-to-find spot along the railway. Overall, it gave a minimalistic impression, and while there were some parts of the Facility that felt a bit dated, the introduction of a smart TV and other features made it a very comfortable Hotel. The convenience of having many convenience stores and restaurants nearby also added to the experience, making it a pleasant stay overall.

    Somehow the Room felt plain.

    It's a bit of a disappointing impression, but I couldn't adjust the air conditioning temperature, and the Room was cold. I fell asleep due to drowsiness rather than asking the front desk, but I woke up in the morning because it was cold. I think the Room is deteriorating everywhere. The outlets were wobbly. The simple feel is nice, but spending a night within the white walls felt a bit bleak. I think it would make a difference if there were even a small painting or photo.

    As it got late at night, I was bothered by sounds and voices in the hallway, as well as noises from unknown sources. The location was good.
