    It was a weekly apartment.

    I chose this Accommodation just for the low price and ended up regretting it. The bed was semi-double, and the Room felt clean. Since it is set up like a weekly apartment, it had a unit bath. 　I stayed in a Room on the 10th floor, but I couldn’t sleep because of what sounded like a fan noise from the building’s air-conditioning system. Honestly, I don’t want to stay here again.

    Great location.

    The hotel is very close to Kameido East Exit, and Nishi-Ojima Station is also within walking distance. There are plenty of shopping and dining options around the station, making it very convenient.

    Quite different from the photos.

    The annex appeared to be a renovated old apartment building, but it looked quite different from the photos—overall, it felt old and dark. Would not stay again.

    The Facility is some...

    The Facility is somewhat old, which I don't mind, but there were several other negative points. First, the shower in the bathroom. The photos on IKYU showed a thermostat mixer tap, but in reality, it was a two-handle mixer tap. I chose this Hotel expecting the former, so it was very disappointing. Also, the nightwear had a damp smell. Although I tried wearing it, I felt uncomfortable and ended up not using it. Furthermore, one of the two power outlets was not functioning. I didn't have overly high expectations because of the low price, but still... that's my honest impression. The bed's comfort level was average at best; at least I could sleep on it.

    Affordable prices

    I was satisfied as I could stay at an affordable price. The size of the Room and other aspects seemed reasonable for the price. It would have been nice to have a tabletop mirror, but overall it felt sufficient.

    The building shows efforts to maintain cleanliness despite its age, with updates like new wallpaper and other improvements. However, the bed had a strong odor of aging that was noticeable even through the sheets, making it difficult to sleep.

    Unable to use the bathtub...!

    The room, though small, offered a relatively comfortable space after renovations. However, the condition of the bathtub was disappointing and showed significant signs of wear and aging, making it unappealing for use. Maintenance or refurbishment is highly recommended. While a shower suffices during summer, it might be more challenging in winter. It was quite surprising.

    The building was old...

    The building was old, and dust had accumulated in the corners of the Room. The unit bath was also very small. Since it is listed on IKYU, I expected a certain level of quality, but unfortunately, it did not meet those expectations and left me disappointed.

    The staff's explanat...

    The staff's explanation was very polite and kind, but the sink did not seem very clean, so I did not use the water or kettle. Also, it was inconvenient that there were no outlets near the bed. Having a microwave in the Room was really great!

    The front desk staff are very kind.

    From this site, only smoking rooms were available, so I made a reservation for a smoking room. However, when I expressed my desire for a non-smoking room on the day, they checked the availability and I was able to stay in a non-smoking room. Depending on the room situation on the day, I was very pleased with the kind and flexible response. Thank you very much.

    A slightly disappointing Facility

    I used this hotel just to sleep, but the room's facilities were old, and the unit bath was cramped. There was a Ziploc bag in the bathroom, possibly left by a previous guest, so even if the facilities are old, if the cleaning is done properly, I might have felt a bit more comfortable staying. I don't think there will be a next time. Also, considering the chain hotels in other areas, I don't think they will be candidates for my stay.

    I want to ask Ikkyu-san! It's too terrible.

    ① The annex is said to be the building across the road, which seems like a rental apartment. ② The kettle was broken; the switch would turn on, but it wouldn't boil even after hours. I couldn't connect to the front desk from that building, so I had to contact them using the external line of the main building across the street. The next kettle they brought would boil, but the switch wouldn't turn off. ③ The bath towel was torn in the middle and was extremely thin and rough. ④ The toilet, washbasin, and bath are combined. To use the toilet, you have to open the door and sit down, otherwise, you can't use it. The bathtub is so small that you have to kneel to get in. It would only fit someone with the body size of about a 4th-grade elementary school student. ⑤ There are amenities, but the contents of the shampoo and conditioner are swapped. ⑥ You can't stand at the sink, so you have to use a washbowl from the bathtub side; you can't use it as intended. ⑦ It was a twin room, but you have to walk sideways like a crab, and it's quite a struggle to get to the bed in the back. PS I made a reservation through Ikkyu, but this is the first time I've encountered a hotel so terrible that it can hardly be called a hotel. I feel distrustful of it being recommended.
