    A Cozy Hotel

    The front desk service was courteous, and I appreciated that they promptly called a taxi for the next day. The Room was clean and comfortable. In addition, there is a convenience store attached to the Hotel, which is handy even when it’s windy and rainy. I would like to stay here again.

    The toilet and bathroom are separate.

    This is my second stay. The bathroom here is separate from the toilet, which makes it very convenient for the three of us—my mother, daughter, and me—to stay. The bathtub is spacious and there’s also a washing area. I considered other hotels with large public baths, but when factoring in costs and bed arrangements, this Hotel was the best choice. Breakfast includes local specialties from Ibaraki, which made my mother happy as she’s originally from there. This time, I noticed some cleaning issues with a few strands of hair left behind; I hope this can be improved in the future. I would love to stay here again!

    New Year's Homecoming

    It had been a long time since our last stay. Since our family has grown by one member, it was difficult to find a Hotel that could accommodate us, but we were glad to find this one. The Room provided was spacious, and the bath felt like home, which made the children very happy. Breakfast included a special New Year's menu, and everything was delicious; the kids enjoyed it so much they went for seconds multiple times. They were also thrilled to receive New Year's treats as gifts. Having a convenience store accessible from the lobby was very convenient. The New Year's floral arrangement at the front desk was beautiful as well. Overall, we had an extremely comfortable stay. We would love to stay here again when visiting in the future!

    I had a pleasant stay.

    The bath felt like a home bath, with a spacious washing area, cleanliness, and provided bath salts, making it very comfortable. The room wear was like a gown; having pants would have been better. Breakfast was also delicious. The tomato-flavored clam chowder was exceptional—I’d stay again just for the soup. Thank you very much. I look forward to visiting again during the plum blossom season.

    It was great.

    Thank you for the wonderful stay. The cost performance was excellent, and the front desk staff's warm and attentive service made us feel at ease (thank you for the tag memo). Both the dinner course and breakfast buffet were delicious. We also appreciated having separate bath and toilet facilities. My spouse and I had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely choose this place again if we visit the Mito area in the future.

    A quiet and nice Hotel

    The property is a bit far from the station, but it’s within walking distance and there are plenty of buses available. Having a 7-Eleven on the first floor is convenient, and the front desk staff were very kind. However, I did notice an odor from the bathroom drain and that parking was not free. Still, it’s convenient and reasonably priced, so I’ll use this place again when visiting Mito.

    We had a pleasant stay at the accommodation.

    We stayed in two rooms for a multiple night stay with family, based on reviews, to see the plum blossoms at Kairakuen after 19 years. The desk area in the room felt outdated, with peeling and stained wallpaper, an old trash bin, and a folding mirror on the desk that had noticeable white stains (possibly from skincare or makeup), which was disappointing. However, the renovated bathroom was bright, clean, and modern with a spacious bathtub, chair, and a ReFa showerhead installed—this was very pleasing. The bed and pillow comfort were excellent as well; though preferences may vary by individual. It was unfortunate that there seemed to be space where a safe might have been previously but is no longer available now. The small tin provided for smart keys felt somewhat underwhelming. Although we did not use the dining facilities, considering factors like the building's exterior appearance, spacious lobby area, convenience store availability onsite, attentive staff service, cleanliness of water facilities, and ample parking spaces—it is overall a good hotel.     I always stay here w...

    I always stay here when I go to the Mito area. The room is always clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is very courteous. This time, it was a Multiple Night Stay, so I opted out of changing the bedding, but the bed was properly made. I had a very pleasant stay for three days.

    Conveniently located luxury Hotel

    It is conveniently located in front of the Daikumachi bus stop. The Room was clean, and it was nice to have the bath and toilet separate.
