    Stress-free

    I’m the type who tends to notice stains or dust when staying at a Hotel, and if it’s bad I sometimes end up cleaning myself, but this time I didn’t even think about that—in fact, it was so clean I was genuinely impressed. The bed was spacious with just the right firmness, and there were so many amenities that I found myself thinking, “Is it really okay to take even this?” It was a Multiple Night Stay, and I honestly wished I could have spent more time in the Hotel instead of going out. I was able to check out on the TV screen at the end, but maybe many guests don’t notice? As for the Room key, there was a return box by the entrance/exit, but the TV screen said to leave it on the table in the Room, so I wasn’t sure which option was preferred.

    Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful to have enjoyed a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to leave a message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. In my past stays I have been assigned Room 804 or Room 604. In both rooms, the air-conditioning cooling temperature is limited to 23°C. This may not be an issue in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops and the cooling at 23°C was not very effective, making it uncomfortably warm and difficult to sleep. I understand the intention to reduce utility costs by narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting outdoor unit output; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I believe it should be reconsidered. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could set the temperature down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set as low as 20°C. Next, regarding the TV: in every room I stayed in, Channel 5 (TV Asahi) does not appear on the program guide display, which is quite inconvenient. I would appreciate it if you could change the settings as soon as possible. I apologize for raising such detailed points like a nagging critic; aside from these matters there are many excellent aspects of your property. As I would like to continue staying with you in the future, these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.

    The meals were delicious.

    I stayed here on a business trip. The breakfast was delicious, and I had a comfortable stay. The entrance to Bashamichi Station is right in front of the Accommodation, so transportation is very convenient.

    A conveniently located Hotel near the station

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. The nearest station used to be JR Negishi Line “Sakuragicho,” but it is now directly in front of Exit 3 of “Bashamichi” Station on the Minatomirai Line, making it a very convenient location. There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, so there is no inconvenience during a Hotel stay. Although the property faces a main road, it is in a business district, so the area is relatively quiet at night. The staff were polite, kind, and pleasant, and I felt their hospitality was excellent. One point I noticed while staying in the Premium Twin Room: there was no towel rail on the wall in the washbasin area, so I had no choice but to hang towels on the bathroom door, which was inconvenient. Similarly, there was no hook for hanging used bath towels; I would appreciate it if hooks could be installed on the wall in the washbasin area as well. (For reference, both are provided in the DX Twin Room at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit.) Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would like to use this Hotel again in the future.

    The room was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The staff provided exceptionally courteous service, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I look forward to visiting again.

    The location was great, but...

    10 seconds from Bashamichi Station Exit 3, the location was quiet and convenient with various tourist spots within walking distance. However, during our 3-night stay, the shower toilet stopped working from the first night (no heated seat or water spray). I reported this to the front desk early on the second day before heading to a marathon event. Upon returning in the afternoon, I was told, "We inspected it and found no issues; perhaps you are not sitting in the correct position." Despite trying different positions, neither the shower function nor seat heater worked properly—the heater would light up momentarily and then turn off. For the remainder of our stay, we had to purchase wet wipes from a nearby drugstore. There were other concerns as well. Overall, it was disappointing.

    Stay in a universal type room

    A QR code for check-in was sent to the registered mobile phone the day before our stay, and on the day of arrival, we simply scanned it at the check-in machine next to the front desk on the second floor. The process was smooth and very convenient. The amenities were abundant, including coffee, tea, and bath additives, which could be freely taken as needed. From our room, we had a side view of Cosmo World’s Ferris wheel; it was beautifully lit up at night. The room was a universal type and comfortably accommodated our family of five without feeling cramped. As for parking, since the nearby underground parking lot was full, we checked several nearby parking areas and found one with a maximum fee of 2,400 yen (though it’s designated for small cars only, even our minivan fit). For dinner, we ate at Shukaen by Shu Tomitoku nearby and bought breakfast from Lawson conveniently located near the hotel. The area is surrounded by many shops making it a great location. We would love to stay here again when visiting Yokohama!

    Directly connected to Bashamichi Station in Yokohama, convenient

    I stayed for a live event. The direct connection to the station is very convenient. The safety around the station and Hotel is good, and it was quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. The Facility is aged, but surprisingly clean, simple, and sufficiently equipped. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and clean, making for a pleasant stay. I felt the towels were a bit stiff, but they had no odor and felt like the towels I use at home. Despite being business-oriented, the room was very relaxing. The toilet and bath were clean and spacious enough. The view from the window was also nice, typical of Yokohama. Breakfast was modest. It was nice to have something warm to eat. The simmered pumpkin had a homemade feel and was very delicious. The staff, both at the front desk and in the dining area, were kind and attentive, providing a perfect score of 100 for their service. I am grateful. The cleaning staff also greeted me pleasantly, allowing me to leave in a good mood. When I come to Yokohama, I definitely plan to stay here again.

    I stayed on November 28th. The front desk staff and dining hall staff were very kind and attentive, making my stay and meals very pleasant. The breakfast was a bit lacking, but the simmered pumpkin was very delicious. I would like to stay again.
