    For business travel.

    I stayed here for business. The property and the Room were clean, and I was able to relax.

    Excellent location, with smooth check-in and check-out.

    A 3-minute walk from Shimbashi Station (JR). The area has everything you need, with many shops open late or 24 hours. Ginza is about a 10-minute walk away, making it a great location for both shopping and dining. The Room is small, so a suitcase of around 50L (for 2–3 nights) is recommended. The Hotel breakfast offers two choices: Japanese or Western. There are also convenience stores, McDonald’s, and coffee shops nearby.

    Conveniently located just steps from Shimbashi Station, the accommodation offers simple essentials and is kept impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the sound of trains can be soothing for some, it might feel noisy to others sensitive to such sounds.

    Noise from outside can be loud.

    The front lobby staff provided excellent service. However, the soundproofing was slightly insufficient, possibly because the room was on the railway side. There was a noticeable smell of tobacco when entering the Room, which was concerning as it should have been a non-smoking Room.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near Shimbashi Station with a FamilyMart in the same building. While some noise from the nearby railway can be heard, earplugs are provided at the amenity corner, and it was not bothersome for me. A Train View Room Plan could be an interesting addition. The two women who assisted me upon arrival were exceptionally polite and kind, which is rare for a semi-automated hotel. However, there are several areas for improvement in room facilities: the curtains were inadequate as the lace was shrunken and did not fully cover the window; the bidet toilet had issues despite a note stating "it may take some time to become usable," as I waited but could not use it—this was my first experience of being unable to use a bidet in a hotel. It would also be nice if glasses were provided along with mugs for those who wish to enjoy drinks in their room. Lastly, while unrelated to the hotel itself, I found it unpleasant that guests (presumably of Chinese origin) were loudly talking on their phones in hallways and near elevators.

    It was in a convenient location. The room was very small, but it was clean and I was happy to find a Refa.
