    I’ve stayed at this ...

    I’ve stayed at this Hotel a few times in the past, but this one in Jingumae was disappointing. First, despite the high parking fee, there were people smoking in front of the parking area. When leaving in the morning, it seemed like there was a Yamato warehouse across the street, and with so many packages left out, it was difficult to get out. I understand that a small Room can’t be helped, but from outside the window, about once every minute, there was a loud noise—maybe from some kind of machine—and I couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was also small and dark, and there were strange noises. When I tried to request a morning wake-up call, they responded rudely that it wasn’t possible because there is no phone in the Room. In the future I would stay at other Dormy Inn Accommodations, but I’d like to avoid only this Jingumae location.

    It is set back from the main street, so it was a bit difficult to find.

    I chose this place for its location.

    I chose this hotel because it is located exactly between Omotesando and Shibuya. Although it is labeled “premium,” it did not seem particularly different from a regular Dormy Inn. The first Room I was shown was close to the railway tracks, so I asked to be moved to a Room on the 2nd floor farther from the tracks. Having the large public bath on the same floor was very convenient. Breakfast was better than expected, and I was very satisfied.

    The large public bath and sauna are exceptional.

    I used this hotel for the first time for a concert trip. The large public bath and sauna were clean and very refreshing. Although I couldn't use them this time, I look forward to enjoying the meals, lounge, and late-night ramen service next time.

    Fairly satisfied

    Pros: - Unique view of Yoyogi Gymnasium from the window. - Clean and well-maintained interior. - Reasonably priced for a central location. Cons: - Slight odor in the bathroom and toilet area. - Public bath is somewhat small. - Built-in digital clock was inexplicably 10 minutes slow. Overall, it was a fairly satisfying accommodation experience.

    Comfortable!

    The stay was incredibly comfortable in every way! Check-in, check-out, and luggage storage were completed in seconds. The staff, though foreign, were fluent in Japanese and provided smart and efficient service. Both breakfast and the complimentary late-night ramen were delicious. The late-night ramen service is truly excellent—perfect for when you're a little hungry but don't want to go out; warm and tasty noodles hit the spot. The ice cream was also delightful. During events at Yoyogi Gymnasium, the price can be quite high, but the convenience of being nearby is worth it. However, despite being close in a straight line, it took about 12 minutes either way due to detours required to get there. The Room had a railway view and was small, but the comfort of my stay was outstanding overall! I’ll definitely return during future events!

    For a family of three

    The night soba, breakfast, pudding in the fridge, post-bath ice cream, and Yakult were excellent. However, there was no toilet paper in the first-floor restroom, and scraps of toilet paper were scattered on the floor. We kindly request regular restroom checks. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your accommodation.

    Highly satisfied.

    Conveniently located within walking distance to both Shibuya and Harajuku, the accommodation offers excellent service. The showerheads and hairdryers in the bathroom are all by ReFa, so there’s no need to compete for them, leaving your hair shiny after drying—a delightful surprise! The late-night ramen was tastier than expected, and the Garigari-kun ice cream was a nice touch. The staff were kind and attentive, making for a very satisfying stay.

    I used it for the first time after a concert at LINECUBE. Due to the rain, I took a taxi and arrived with one meter fare. I felt a little uneasy at the hotel's main entrance, but the check-in process was smooth, and I headed to the room looking forward to the night soba. Most of the guests were foreigners, but the two elevators were always smooth without waiting. The room had no view from the window, and I could see the tracks from the bathroom. It felt a bit cramped, but it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pillow was low and firm, which was comfortable for me, and I could rest well without the sound of trains. The large public bath's congestion status can be checked from the room, and all amenities are provided. The shower is also comfortable. The ice cream after the bath is a nice touch. The best part was the breakfast buffet. First, the staff are kind. I couldn't try the recommended beef stew, but there were many dishes, some of which went well with alcohol, and everything was very delicious. The basic rice and miso soup are delicious! Overall, I am very satisfied. I will stay here again when I stay around Shibuya.
