    Access

    The station was close by, which made getting anywhere very convenient. The location was also great—I could easily walk to the Ueno area as well.

    The location is excellent.

    The location is excellent—Senso-ji Temple and Kappabashi are within walking distance—and the Accommodation Fee is affordable, but the Facility felt a bit dated. The breakfast was more modest than in the photos, which was disappointing. I wish I had chosen No Meals Included and eaten nearby. The free drinks in front of the front desk were a nice touch.

    No bathtub, great location

    Located very close to Tawaramachi Station, with the Pelican Bakery diagonally across the street for quick access. The Room is a small corner unit without a bathtub, featuring only a shower booth. However, it was clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. I would consider staying here again if I have business in the Asakusa area.

    The Room was spacious and generally convenient, but it was disappointing that the wall next to the table couldn’t be used to hang coats (especially long ones) because the table height got in the way.

    I stayed here with a friend during our visit to Asakusa. The room was clean, and we were very satisfied.

    Used for accommodation before and after my son's wedding.

    Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with a group of 4: two in a twin room and two in two semi-double rooms. The front desk staff were foreign but polite during check-in. However, there was no seating available in the lobby, leaving my elderly father to sit on his suitcase while waiting. The elevator was dimly lit and outdated, giving an initial sense of disappointment. Upon entering the room, the feeling worsened. Even with the lights on, it remained dim like the elevator. Opening the curtains (the room was on the top floor, 10th floor) revealed no view—just a building right behind blocking light entirely. The bathroom was extremely small with only a shower; even washing your face at the tiny sink felt impossible. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired—dust in corners and streaks on mirrors were noticeable. Resigned to just using it for sleep over two nights. Breakfast offered Japanese or Western options; I chose Japanese initially but found it disappointing as parts of the rice were dry or clumped together—I could only eat half of it. The next day’s Western breakfast was better but still not remarkable. Overall, there is a significant gap between what is advertised online and reality—in this case for worse—and I would never stay here again. For this quality level, even half-price would feel excessive. I regret disappointing my father-in-law and sister who accompanied me on this trip.

    The front desk staff's service was perfect!

    The front desk lady was very pleasant and professional, answering all my questions perfectly. Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the first floor, and it exceeded my expectations with good volume and taste. It starts at 7 AM, and it was not crowded, making for a comfortable experience. This Hotel seems to cater mainly to international guests. The Room is simple but sufficient for sleeping, with two large pillows that I appreciated.

    I used this Hotel for the first time on a business trip. While some issues might be due to the structure, the shower booth was excessively dirty. It had brown stains that looked like they could attract insects, making it impossible to take a shower. Additionally, there was trash floating in the toilet (an empty cotton swab package?), and switches, lights, and other areas around the bed were covered with thick brown dust—everything was just filthy. The age of the Facility didn’t bother me, but the cleaning was absolutely unacceptable. While I can overlook minor issues, this was by far the dirtiest Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I will never stay here again.

    The location is excellent, close to Pelican Bakery. For those who find a shower insufficient to relax, there is a public bath within walking distance. The Facility requires some compromise.

    Limited power outlets.

    There was no power outlet around the desk, so I had to charge my devices on the bed.
