    Breakfast is...

    I stayed at the accommodation after a year, but the grilled dried fish dish, which used to be cooked at your own seat during breakfast, was no longer available. I always stayed here because I loved this dish, so I was very disappointed. I hope it will be brought back!

    The Hotel offers excellent service.

    There is a parking lot in front of the hotel, but you can find cheaper parking options nearby. The staff at the front desk provide excellent service, comparable to that of a luxury hotel. Although listed as a Business Hotel on IKYU.com, the quality feels on par with higher-priced accommodations. The service is outstanding. Toothbrushes and other amenities can be taken from the shelf to the left of the front desk. There are two elevators available. The bed is very comfortable and suits me well. The TV is slightly small in size compared to many hotels that now offer larger TVs. Refrigerators vary by room type, and their cooling performance also differs. The air conditioning operates quietly, ensuring it does not disturb your sleep. I believe this is the best accommodation in Wakayama City!

    A Pleasant Surprise

    The following items were listed in the Facility information, so I brought them from home, but they were actually provided at the amenity bar. I was very pleased, but it might be helpful to update the Facility information for future guests. × Comb/Brush × Bath Additives × Yukata × Lotion × Emulsion × Makeup Remover This time, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price, and I also appreciated the extension cord and extra towels provided in the Room. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Wakayama!

    The Wi-Fi speed is unfortunately very slow.

    The service is top-notch. There are two elevators. The Room bath is excellent, allowing you to fill it with hot water and enjoy a relaxing soak. The bed is firm, which I personally like. There’s a small but very effective refrigerator that cools well. Room lighting is on the brighter side. There’s an outlet next to the bed, so charging your phone is convenient. The TV is slightly small at around 32 inches but has a sleep timer feature to prevent forgetting to turn it off. The desk is compact, and the chair feels slightly low; however, there’s also a sofa available. Points for improvement: 1. The WI-FI speed is too slow for work purposes. 2. The curtains lack sufficient blackout capability; sunlight wakes you up in the morning even when closed. 3. The water flow from the sink next to the toilet feels too strong. 4. The showerhead's water-saving design makes the water pressure feel harsh. The air conditioning works very well and cools efficiently. Even if Hotel parking becomes full, there are affordable parking options nearby. Overall, this Hotel offers great value for its price and comes highly recommended except for its WI-FI issues!

    The service is excellent. Toothbrushes and other amenities can be picked up from the lobby. Room access requires inserting a card key, and removing it will stop the air conditioning and some power outlets. Please note that laptops may not charge, so those who need to charge devices should be cautious. The shower water pressure in the bathroom is too low, as well as the bidet function on the toilet. The 32-inch TV in the room feels small. However, comfortable loungewear is provided in the room. It would be appreciated if additional pillows were available for lending since there is only one provided. It’s unclear whether individual air conditioning adjustments are possible for each room; those particular about air conditioning should confirm this beforehand. The temperature could be set using a controller in the room though. As it’s close to Kenmin Bunka Kaikan (Prefectural Cultural Hall), I look forward to staying here again!

    The breakfast is delicious!

    Twin room for family use. The room is a bit dated, but the lobby and entrance are spacious and reminiscent of a luxury hotel. The cast staff were pleasant. Amenities are the type you take from next to the front desk, but they are very well-stocked. What I liked the most was the breakfast. It was a delicious buffet that conveyed the heart of the maker. It makes you want to have a Multiple Night Stay.
