    The public bath had limited hours of operation.

    1) Since the large public bath is shared by men and women on a time-schedule basis, the available hours were limited, and it was especially disappointing that there were no morning hours for either men or women. 2) Breakfast was very unsatisfying—only three rice balls and miso soup. 3) There was no notepad or pen in the Room, which was inconvenient. 4) When I entered the Room, it felt like it had not been ventilated. 5) Even though I had not checked out yet, a housekeeping staff member knocked on my door, which I did not appreciate. Please confirm in advance whether a Room has been checked out before starting cleaning.

    Large Public Bath

    Although the large public bath was a highlight, it was on a rotating schedule and women could only use it until 20:30, so I couldn’t use it. I wish this had been clearly stated. The Room was clean and there were no issues. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

    The location is excellent.

    Very close to the station, with a convenience store right in front, making the location excellent. I was looking forward to enjoying the large public bath, but since it alternates between men and women, I couldn't use it at the time I returned to the Hotel. I also couldn't use it in the morning and ended up using the unit bath in my Room instead. It would have been better if there was more consideration for usage times.

    Close to the station and very convenient.

    It takes less than 3 minutes from the Shinkansen exit to reach the Hotel. Check-in was quick as the front desk handled it efficiently. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the bath as it was on a rotation system and I couldn't return during the earlier time slots. The convenience store is almost right in front, and since breakfast was limited to just rice balls, I skipped it and ate inside the station instead. Even so, there were enough choices, so it wasn't an issue. The only downside was that, despite staying in a Room on the second floor, I couldn't find the stairs and had to wait for the elevator. For the second floor, I would have preferred to use the stairs if possible. Some guidance would have been helpful. Other than that, I think it’s a reasonably priced and convenient Hotel. Thank you very much.

    The water from the bathroom in the guest room overflowed from the drain, causing inconvenience.

    The large public bath was unavailable, so I used the bathroom in my room. However, when draining the water from the bathtub, it overflowed from the drain, causing a flood on the bathroom floor. When I walked on the wet bathroom floor with black indoor slippers, both the floor and bath mat became stained black. This occurred in Room 401. I have informed the front desk about this issue and hope it will be resolved for future guests.
