  Thank you to the staff.

  All the front desk staff were very pleasant. This was my second stay, and I would like to stay here again.

  Around the Toilet

  The Room was nice, but I was surprised that the toilet seat wasn't heated during this season and felt cold! I stayed in Room 703 for two nights, but it seemed like water was leaking from under the toilet, leaving the bath mat soaking wet. At first, I didn’t understand why, but on the second day it happened again, so I checked... I was too busy to report it.

  To provide shelter from the rain and dew.

  The room and service are average. Despite being a non-smoking room, there is a slight smoky smell. The shower temperature in the bathroom fluctuates between hot and cold. The bed firmness was comfortable. Breakfast consists of two pre-packaged bread rolls provided in a bag. While it is cheaper than the central area's average rates, it still exceeds 10,000 yen, so there might be room for improvement.

  The shower temperature adjustment is...

  A First-Time Experience

  Among the various Hotels I have stayed at, this was an unbelievable experience. There was absolutely no cleanliness. The unit bath had an unpleasant toilet odor, which was disappointing. The curtains were torn, and dust was everywhere—it was terrible. It is unfortunate that this is the only Hotel near Ohashi Station. Unless improvements are made, I will not stay here again.

  Hotel for business trips

  It is conveniently located just a short distance from Nishitetsu Ohashi Station. While hotel prices in Fukuoka City are soaring, this property offered a reasonable price within the business travel budget. However, the entrance was hard to find, the elevator was narrow, and the hotel itself felt somewhat cramped. Overall, it was a property where Green Rich's standard could not be seen. It is suitable for business trips, but traveling from Tenjin by Nishitetsu train might be inconvenient.
