    Thank you for the helpful pick-up and drop-off service.

    When we arrived at Itami Airport, we called and they told us where to meet, then came to pick us up right away (it wasn’t too far to walk, but we had a lot of luggage). The next morning, they also took us by the scheduled shuttle bus. It was very helpful. The bath is an artificial Onsen, but it was very relaxing. While many places put a lot of effort into breakfast, I felt the breakfast here was a little disappointing.

    I had only ever seen this Hotel from the car window when using Itami Airport, but I needed to stay the night before, so I made a Reservation through IKYU. Thank you for the prompt pickup upon my arrival at the airport. I would be happy to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Rediscover convenience near the airport with heartwarming hospitality at our accommodation.

    In the final stages of the Osaka Expo, I accidentally forgot about my monthly Hotel reservation and hurriedly made this reservation the day before. I was reminded of the convenience of its location near the airport. When I left something behind, both the Shuttle Service staff and Hotel staff responded promptly, arranging for me to retrieve it in front of the airport, which saved me a significant amount of time and was incredibly helpful. Inside the facility, there is a Koshien exhibition corner where I could feel the passionate energy of high school students and learn about this Hotel's long history. The Onsen was comfortable, and I enjoyed a spacious Japanese-style room all to myself for a luxurious and relaxing stay. Thank you very much to all the staff for your excellent service!

    Large Public Bath ・ Shuttle Service to the Airport Available

    About a 10-minute walk from Osaka Airport, with shuttle service available at certain times, which is very convenient. There is a large public bath, and the entrance is secured with a passcode for peace of mind. However, the carpet in the guest room was stained in many places, which was surprising given my previous stays here. The front desk service varied greatly depending on the staff member—some were extremely kind while others left a less favorable impression.

    The room lights are...

    I used it because of an early morning flight from Itami Airport. It was a reasonably priced and clean Hotel. When I entered the room, the key was not a card type, so I was puzzled about how to turn on the lights in the room. I would have appreciated a brief explanation at check-in.

    Cleaning Status

    Due to labor and wage issues, the room cleaning is done by foreigners, and I often passed by them in the morning. At that time, they had a strong smell of tobacco, which was unpleasant. The room had insufficient cleaning, with noticeable issues like transparent windows, glass around the bath, and traces of liquid drips in the washroom. It doesn't matter to guests whether the cleaning staff are foreigners, and since we pay a high price on weekends, there should be proper hospitality. It would also be good to educate the staff in terms of cleanliness. Regarding the shuttle service to the airport, despite calling, it didn't come, and we were forgotten. We had to call again, and there was no apology or response. They didn't inform us of the morning shuttle time, and we ended up having to walk. Please be careful if you are staying. I write this as a caution.
