  The bathroom smells terrible, like sewage.

  When I opened the bathroom door, the sewage drain smell was overwhelming—so bad that I honestly wanted to complain to whoever checked it after cleaning. Also, even when using the shower, the water wouldn’t drain and kept pooling in the bathtub. This is not a standard that should be offered to guests. It feels like they don’t consider people staying here as customers. I seriously question the quality of this Hotel’s management company. I will never stay here again. I can’t believe it’s listed on IKYU.

  Convenient

  Close to the station, with a convenience store and Tully's on the first floor, making it easy to find and convenient. The front desk staff provided courteous service. The Room was clean, but the unit bath was too small, making the toilet and shower cramped. The face & hand soap was good.
