    There were no partic...

    There were no particular inconveniences. This Hotel is in an almost perfect location—right in front of the station and close to the bus stop. The breakfast buffet was satisfying, and I was able to dine at a table that felt like one you’d find in a fine Ryokan. Because there was an issue with the Room I had reserved and it couldn’t be used, I moved to a larger Room at the same rate. In the new Room, the TV was on a movable stand, so I could watch it from both the bed and the sofa. I watched DVDs using the provided DVD player. The DVD player rental fee is 1,000 yen. With checkout at 12:00, which is quite late, I was able to relax and take my time. There were no major inconveniences in particular. If I had to mention something, the shower water pressure was slightly weak, and there didn’t seem to be proper ventilation in the bathroom—these points lowered my rating somewhat. If I stay overnight in Katsuta again, I would likely use this Accommodation again.

    The only downside was a possible water leak…

    Its convenient, easy-to-spot location near the station is a real help for those who are bad with directions, and it’s impressive how thoroughly everything is provided—services I’ve often thought “I wish this were like this” or “I wish they had this” at other Hotel properties are all in place here, leaving no gaps in a good way. I only had the chance to try the meals once, but they were quite good. However, I heard a sound from the toilet that seemed like a water leak about once every 10 minutes. Even though I was hardly in the room, it was a bit unsettling to hear that kind of noise when coming back to relax. For the sake of future guests as well, you may want to have it inspected and repaired. Thank you very much.

    Too small for two people.

    Only double Rooms were available, and the bed was indeed narrow and uncomfortable for two adults. Next time, I would like to stay in a twin Room.

    I had it replaced. This part is the only disappointment.

    It was comfortable.

    The single Room was comfortable and allowed for a relaxing stay. It was great to be able to adjust the temperature ourselves, as my companion tends to feel hot easily. The convenience store nearby was also very handy. The Room was clean, and the cleaning seemed thorough—thank you very much. Both of us almost slipped in the bathroom; it might have been our carelessness, but we wanted to mention it as it caught our attention.

    Used for homecoming

    I stayed here for a sudden trip back home. The location is very convenient, being close to the station. The bicycle rental service was also extremely helpful. The staff kindly recommended nearby restaurants, allowing me to enjoy delicious local cuisine. Although there were many international guests, I had a quiet and comfortable stay without any noise issues.

    The building seemed a bit old, but the Room was clean and nice. Breakfast offered a variety of options and was enjoyable, but some items might run out if you go late, so it's better to go early.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Made a reservation from the express train due to a sudden trip. The hotel near the station was convenient and helpful. The facilities are sufficient for my needs. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
