    This is a compact Hotel.

    It was nice that the Room was a comfortable place to relax after taking off our shoes.

    Spotlessly clean and excellent value for money

    We made a Reservation for a business guest visiting from out of town to attend a show at a nearby theater. We requested a non-smoking Room in advance as the guest was female, and we received feedback that the Room was very clean and well maintained, compact but comfortable, close to the station, and enjoyable throughout the stay. We would be happy to book again if we have another opportunity.

    Convenient for business trips.

    Although the property looks clean after the renovation, some Facility features feel outdated in places—especially the toilet fixtures—and I was a bit concerned about the weak shower pressure. Breakfast was served at a stylish shop on the first floor, but there were few food options, so it wasn’t very enjoyable and may not suit guests other than business travelers. The light morning soup curry with no toppings was surprisingly tasty. For business trips, there are many izakayas nearby after work, so I think it’s a convenient location for work purposes.

    Air conditioning

    The Room heating was a standard air conditioner. Because it was cold, I turned the fan speed up, and a lot of black dust fell onto the bed and the side table. I think the air conditioner should be cleaned. I couldn’t bring this up directly with the front desk staff. I was fine, but I think it could be difficult for guests with allergies. The drip coffee was very delicious.

    Hotel for Women

    The amenities are well provided, and the escalators can only be used with a key card. I felt this Hotel is safe and secure to stay at. I would like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

    It was comfortable!

    The amenities were well provided, and the Room was clean and very comfortable. The Room itself is small, but it was just the right amount of space for a solo stay. The staff were also courteous and helpful. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    It was quiet and pleasant.

    The facility and breakfast venue were not crowded, possibly due to the current unique circumstances, allowing for a quiet and relaxing stay. The elevator was smooth with no waiting time. The freshly boiled pasta and morning wine at breakfast were a first-time experience for me, and as an Italian food lover, it was fantastic. The Room is slightly compact (e.g., the window curtains are hard to close, and there is no power outlet near the bed requiring the charging cable to be pulled from the table), but it is clean and functional. Considering recent price increases, I believe the overall cost performance is good. Highly recommended!

    Looks great!

    I often use various Hotels for personal reasons, and I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. I will visit again if I have the chance.

    You might want to come back again.

    The Room felt like just a bed with no extra space or hallway. It was barely enough to open a suitcase in front of the door. The size might be okay for one person. The shower was a bit small, but the water pressure was fine. However, it might feel slightly cramped if you want to fill up the tub with hot water. Amenities on the first floor were well-stocked! The Room felt a bit dark overall, with mostly indirect lighting, which might make it hard to get ready properly. Still, I had a relaxing stay!

    The service was excellent and the stay was comfortable!

    The front desk staff were polite and kind. It was very convenient that late-night check-in was available. However, the shower curtain in the room's bathroom seemed unclean and had an odor, and the weak ventilation made the entire bathroom slightly smell, which was a bit concerning.

    The table is difficult to use.

    It's nice to take off your shoes before entering, but the table is low, making it difficult to work on a computer. The Room may not be suitable for working.

    I visit various Resor locations.

    Although it's a bit far from my workplace, I love Ikebukuro because it's relatively affordable. It would be perfect if Netflix was available too!

    This was my second stay.

    This was my second stay in six months. A wonderful hotel with a soothing aroma at the front desk. I felt relaxed as I took off my shoes and unwound. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, featuring pasta served in soup from a renowned Italian restaurant, offering a gentle flavor perfect for the morning. The luggage storage service before and after check-in is incredibly helpful. I would love to make this charming hotel my regular accommodation in the future.

    They were happy to accommodate an additional Room at short notice.

    I always use this Property when staying in Ikebukuro. The air conditioning is individual, and the bathtub is deep enough for a relaxing soak. Breakfast at Il Chianti is very delicious, and the dressing is exquisite. This time, I had made a Reservation for one person early on, but my son suddenly came from Osaka and arrived in Ikebukuro late at night. When I requested an additional Room the day before our stay, they kindly prepared it for us and even arranged Rooms on the same floor close to each other. It was very helpful, so I plan to continue using this Property in the future. Thank you very much.

    I felt great.

    The room was clean and well-maintained, allowing for a pleasant stay. The positioning of the TV and the bed was ideal, making it convenient to watch TV.

    The room was small but had a space to sit, which was convenient. It was nice that slippers were prepared right at the entrance of the room. However, the rug was of a long-haired type, which made me wonder about its hygiene. Overall, the structure was user-friendly, and it was nice that the towels were hung on the doorknob. (I was impressed that even garbage bags were provided.) There was a rare built-in air conditioner, but upon closer inspection, it was covered in dust, so I was too scared to use it. I thought it was a waste since they are installed in each room.
