    The Hotel was clean, the staff were kind, and both the dining options and the staff’s attitude were excellent. Overall, it offered great value for the price.

    The Hotel was clean ...

    The Hotel was clean and well maintained. However, luggage storage after checkout, which used to be free, now costs 2,000 yen per item, so it may be a bit inconvenient if you plan to leave your bags and go sightseeing after checkout. The meals were also smaller than I expected based on the photos. Having a convenience store next door was convenient.

    5 stars! Only the AI chat and cleaning were disappointing.

    The proximity to Hakata Station is the biggest attraction. The staff were all friendly and provided excellent service. The room is not very spacious but clean. (Also, the hairdryer leaves your hair smooth and shiny!) I initially gave up on asking about cleansing products and lotion through the AI chat due to miscommunication, but later discovered they are available for purchase as an amenity set during my stay. It’s a bit disappointing when responses from the AI are off, but it might be unavoidable. Additionally, I used the laundry service, but when I wore the returned clothes, they had an unpleasant smell. I ended up using a lot of spray provided in the room. Perhaps unwashed sweaty clothes were mistakenly included in my bag? However, having laundry done reduced my luggage load and was very convenient as a service. Aside from being slightly disappointed with the AI and laundry service, everything else was comfortable. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Fukuoka. Thank you!

    Convenient Hotel near Chikushi Station

    I have stayed here several times for business trips. Check-in starts at 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM, which is very convenient for business travelers. The hotel is close to Hakata Station Chikushi Exit with great access to the subway airport line and Shinkansen. On the first floor of the hotel, there is a FamilyMart convenience store. For breakfast, you can choose between Salvatore Cuomo in the main building or Nadai Motsunabe Otafuku in the Annex. During this Multiple Night Stay, I enjoyed breakfast at a different place each day. Both options are buffet-style; Salvatore Cuomo is ideal for Italian food lovers, while Otafuku suits those who prefer Japanese cuisine. The hotel has a clean interior; although there isn’t an amenity bar, drip coffee and mineral water are provided in your Room for convenience. It’s a very comfortable Hotel where you can stay with ease. I look forward to staying here again in the future—thank you very much!

    Hotel with convenient access from Chikushi Exit

    I often travel to Hakata for business trips, and this time I chose this accommodation due to its convenient access from Chikushi Exit, especially with my early morning schedule. It also offers great access to the Subway Airport Line. The facility was clean and comfortable, and while the room was slightly compact, I had a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time for breakfast on this occasion, but if you choose a breakfast-included plan at Salvatore Cuomo in Building 1, it’s an option. The 1 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out were very accommodating for someone like me who needs desk work during Hakata business trips. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

    Very close to the station

    A hotel conveniently located very close to Hakata Station, so close that you almost don't need an umbrella. Check-in: 1:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 PM Luggage storage is available after check-out. The room is impeccably clean, with a spacious single bed and a convenient baggage rack. The magnetic hairdryer (priced around ¥20,000–¥30,000) was a delightful surprise—quick-drying and leaving hair shiny and smooth. This level of service is exceptional as even city hotels rarely provide such high-quality dryers. There are plenty of conveniently placed outlets in the room, making it very practical. The compact yet functional design of the room made my stay extremely comfortable. Considering its cleanliness and convenience, I’ve already made my next reservation here! I’ll be requesting the same floor and room again for my next visit!

    Conveniently located near the station, you can easily reach the accommodation without needing an umbrella even if it rains, just by jogging a little. The 12:00 PM checkout time was very helpful. I could relax in the room and recover from the fatigue of the previous day. At check-in, the staff at reception provided a thorough explanation with great care. Even in a single room, I was pleased to find two long towels for hand drying and other uses. Recently, most hotels only provide one bath towel and one long towel. I appreciated being able to use them hygienically during my stay and again in the morning.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I was attracted by the 23-hour stay and made a Reservation. After Check-in, I went sightseeing (food tour), and thanks to the great location, I could explore various places centered around the Hotel. The Room was very clean, with a spacious and comfortable bed. However, I noticed some noise, possibly from an upper floor or next door. The morning noise was particularly loud, which might have been caused by cleaning activities. The staff were all very polite and greeted us properly, making my stay pleasant. I would like to use this Hotel again when visiting Hakata. Thank you very much.

    It was really great.

    The facilities and rooms are very clean. I particularly liked the refrigerator with two doors for freezing and cooling, which allowed me to store ice cream with peace of mind. It's conveniently located near the station, and I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Convenient hotel near Hakata Station Chikushi Exit

    I often visit Hakata on business trips, but this was my first time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located close to the Chikushi Exit, with various convenience stores and shops around. The hotel is neat and tidy for a business hotel, and I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. This time, due to the renovation of Nihonkai Shoya, the breakfast venue was Salvatore Cuomo at Green Hotel No. 1. The breakfast had a rich variety and was delicious. I would appreciate it if, even after Nihonkai Shoya reopens, guests could choose their preferred breakfast venue. I will definitely use this hotel again on my next business trip to Hakata.
