    Stay live at the Accommodation

    This was our first stay at the REI Hotel. The location was very convenient, and since we didn’t spend much time at the Hotel, we appreciated being able to focus on sleep—the bed was spacious and the Room was comfortable. After the live show, we were completely exhausted, so we’re glad we chose this place to rest.

    Convenient access to the city center.

    The downtown areas of Hatchobori and Kamiyacho, as well as spots around the Atomic Bomb Dome, are within walking distance, and there are plenty of nearby dining options. Some amenities are available in the 2nd-floor check-in lobby, but together with those provided in the room, there is a good variety and the Facility is well equipped. I had a comfortable stay.

    Overall satisfied, but there was a cigarette smell...

    Both the Hotel and the Room were very clean, which really lifted my mood! The desk was spacious, and the bed springs were great as well. I was also very happy that the female staff member at reception kindly arranged for my friend and me to have adjacent Rooms. The lounge was beautiful and spacious, with a wide variety of drinks available, so overall satisfaction was high. I made a Reservation for a non-smoking Room, but while I was in the bathroom I noticed a faint cigarette smell at night and a strong smell in the morning. It made me wonder whether smoke was coming through the ventilation ducts into non-smoking Rooms, or whether someone was smoking in a non-smoking Room. In the morning it was so strong that I couldn’t stay in the bathroom, which really brought my mood down. Everything else was excellent, so it may not be entirely the Hotel’s fault, but this part was disappointing. If it’s the latter case, I hope appropriate action will be taken.

    I stayed here to attend an event at Green Arena.

    I stayed at this Accommodation for a live concert. It’s within walking distance of the downtown area. Hiroshima Green Arena is not too far to walk. The Room was spacious, and I was able to relax. It would have been even better if the nightwear had been a separate set.

    We stayed here durin...

    We stayed here during our trip to Hiroshima. Thank you for arranging four single Rooms on the same floor in a row. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and the Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. We look forward to staying here again next time!

    It was my first stay...

    It was my first stay in 11 years, and I was extremely satisfied with the unchanging hospitality (which has even improved). I will definitely use this accommodation again for my stay in Hiroshima.

    Not good value for money.

    We didn't receive the breakfast tickets at check-in until we asked for them. The elevator for guest rooms took a long time to arrive. I understand that prices can fluctuate, but on the day of our stay, I checked the website to confirm the hotel's location and saw that the price had been reduced.
