  Great location, but...

  The location is excellent, but the service and customer interaction were not satisfactory. The Room had an overpowering perfume smell, possibly due to frequent use by international guests.

  Expensive and unkind

  Perhaps because there are many foreign guests, the service feels less friendly compared to other branches. Cleaning for a Multiple Night Stay is only provided upon request (which seems unusual as it is typically the opposite).

In line with our commitment to SDGs, we conduct eco-friendly cleaning and only enter Rooms for cleaning if the "cleaning request" sign is displayed. However, we deeply regret the lack of proper explanation from our staff on this occasion. From today onwards, all staff will strive to make improvements.
