  We had a relaxing stay.

  The Room was very clean, which was great. I was satisfied with the amenities overall, but I wish there had been lotion and toner available, even for a fee—so I’m giving one less star. Sorry. The provided items like the toothbrush and shampoo were excellent and I really liked them. The front desk staff were polite and kind as well. The area around the Hotel is convenient, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I was also impressed that you can order from a pizza place directly from the Room—it’s a very convenient Hotel. However, when I stayed, a typhoon was approaching so I stocked up on food instead; next time I’d like to order pizza and relax. Thank you very much for this stay.

  The service isn’t bad, but there are some issues.

  I’ve stayed here several times, but each time my request at the front desk about someone arriving later for a separate check-in hasn’t been communicated properly. The service isn’t bad, but… There are always many international guests, and it’s very crowded. Since there is only one elevator, it often takes quite a long time.

  Long time no see!

  For over 30 years, I somehow hadn't used APA Hotel. Although I lost my membership card and made the reservation through IKYU, I was impressed by the progress in its quality. The cleanliness and well-maintained facilities without any unnecessary elements were satisfying. I look forward to staying again in the future.

  The toilet seat is cold.

  The bed was large and the Room was clean, but it was unfortunate that the toilet seat in the Room was cold. The toilet next to the front desk on the first floor is not cold. The staff at the front desk were all warm and friendly, which was very nice.
