  The Room was compact, but clean, which was nice.

  I found this place while looking for somewhere close to the station. The Room is very compact, and with two people it’s quite difficult to pass each other. It felt clean, and the bed-making was done properly. Being able to borrow a larger umbrella at the front desk was very helpful. The affiliated parking lot is also nearby, and I’d like to stay again.

  I am an IKYU Diamond...

  I am an IKYU Diamond Member and stayed in Nagoya for a business trip. The plan included one night's stay with breakfast, but the breakfast was provided through a partnership with an izakaya on the first floor, consisting only of toast and coffee. Additional charges were required for ordering salad or egg dishes, which made it far from a satisfying breakfast experience. What surprised me even more was being charged again for the breakfast by the izakaya staff. I was presented with a bill of just under 1,000 yen, leaving me very confused. Typically, hotel plans that include breakfast offer buffet-style meals; however, this izakaya-style breakfast was by far the most disappointing I have ever encountered. Nagoya is famous for its "morning culture," so I had high expectations for service here; unfortunately, those expectations were completely overturned. Even when consulting with the front desk about this issue, their response lacked sincerity and professionalism—it could hardly be called a proper one-night stay with breakfast plan. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable in terms of hospitality standards. As part of the Meitetsu Inn group hotels, their service raises serious concerns about quality management. I hope IKYU will reconsider featuring this accommodation on their platform moving forward. For future guests reading this review: please take it into consideration before booking your stay here. Having stayed at numerous hotels before, this experience left me truly disappointed—I will never use this accommodation again.

  Slept well.

  Stayed for a concert in Nagoya. The accommodation was relatively close to the station, making it convenient. The pillows and mattress suited my body well, allowing me to sleep soundly—it turned out they were Tempur and Simmons. Although the facility was slightly old, it was well-cleaned, and the room was spacious enough to stay comfortably.

  I got lost on the wa...

  I got lost on the way from the station, but when I contacted them, they kindly gave me detailed directions, and I arrived safely. The Room was clean and comfortable. I will use this service again.

  The Compact Twin roo...

  The Compact Twin room was more compact than expected. The pathway from the bed on the far side to the sink was a bit inconvenient, but otherwise, the design was efficient and problem-free. Amenities were well-stocked, even including gender-specific face masks. The location was conveniently close to Nagoya Station. While I couldn't rate in 0.5 increments, my actual rating would be closer to 3.5 stars than 3.

  Traveling Grandma

  The bathroom with a washing area was comfortable, and the spacious Room made for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was a café-style morning meal, and I enjoyed relaxing after check-out. It had been a while since staying at Meitetsu Inn, but its location near the station was extremely convenient.
