    Excellent access from Miyazaki Station, with well-equipped facilities.

    It’s conveniently located right near Miyazaki Station, making access easy. The Facility is stylish and easy to use. Breakfast is a buffet with some Miyazaki specialties, and it’s more than sufficient. It wasn’t particularly memorable, but it was a very nice and comfortable Hotel.

    Overall, I am very satisfied, but…

    From Miyazaki Airport to Miyazaki Station, the location right by the station and the room were both great, and the bath amenities were also very good. I also liked the supermarket in Amu Plaza nearby. However, there was one very disappointing issue this time: part of the inside side area of the toilet was stained brown. It may have been due to age rather than inadequate cleaning, but without that, I would have given all 5s.

    The Starting Point for Exploring Southern Kyushu

    Although the weather was unfortunate, the location is very convenient as you can get there from the station without getting wet. We were welcomed by the staff’s warm smiles, and we appreciated their thoughtful attention to detail, such as delivering our luggage that we had left in advance to our Room. Although the building feels a bit dated despite being renovated, it was well cleaned and we were able to stay comfortably.

    Because we were on a...

    Because we were on a high floor, we enjoyed a great view and a spacious Room, and were able to relax in the bath during our three-night stay. Even though the issue was an unrelated courier delivery accident, the front desk staff kindly helped us, and we are truly grateful. We were visiting from the United States, and it reminded us once again of the attentive hospitality of Japanese Hotel staff.

    Disappointing view, excellent Room.

    I don’t often get the chance to visit Miyazaki, but I came back after a long time and stayed here for the first time. I was in a Room on the 9th floor, and right in front of me was a balcony? Unfortunately, the view was disappointing. I imagine the view is better from higher floors. The Room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having separate toilet and bath areas was also a deciding factor for me. It was a 1-night, 2-day stay, and everything except the view was excellent. Next time, I’d like to be assigned a higher floor.

    The view from the Room was wonderful.

    This was my first time staying here during a visit to Miyazaki Prefecture. First of all, the night view through the Room window was wonderful. It was also nice to receive sweets at the front desk during check-in. In addition, since the Hotel is close to the station, there are convenience stores and izakayas within walking distance, so shopping and dining were never inconvenient—very appealing. The Hotel is so close to the station that even after checking out the next morning, I could head to the station without rushing and take my time.

    Even after three nights, I still looked forward to breakfast every morning.

    After staying one night on my own, I was joined by my husband and we stayed for two more nights. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom has a separate washing area, which is a nice touch for Japanese guests. If I had to mention anything, I would have liked an extra set of face towels, and the in-room loungewear (pajamas?) could be nicer—its design feels cold in winter.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I stayed here on a business trip. Since I’m not good with directions, I decided to stay at a Hotel as close to the station as possible. It was very convenient, and getting back was easy too!

    It was great.

    Close to the station with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, the location is excellent. Bicycles are not available for rent, and the service feels a bit impersonal—not bad, but it could be warmer. The meals were delicious; the chilled soup had a rich broth. However, plain yogurt was not available. The bath was relaxing with a separate washing area, which was appealing. The Room is sufficient for solo use. I would return if given the chance. Thank you!

    Located in front of the prefectural capital station

    Located in front of the prefectural capital station, it is within walking distance of the entertainment district, but returning after dining may be slightly challenging. Using a taxi is recommended. The Room was clean, and the bathtub was spacious, allowing for a relaxing soak. Breakfast offered a wide variety of Miyazaki's local dishes and was very satisfying. The staff were kind and attentive.

    High floors with great views and excellent facilities.

    The laundry facilities are very helpful for a Multiple Night Stay. The view from the Room is outstanding. Its proximity to the station makes transportation convenient. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the bathtub is spacious. It offers an extremely comfortable stay. Staff are always stationed at the 8th-floor front desk elevator to ensure guests can access it quickly when handling procedures or picking up amenities—excellent service overall. Definitely planning to return!

    Hotel directly connected to the station for your convenience

    A simple Hotel designed purely for sleeping. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant, which was the only saving grace, but I hope for some improvements in the guest rooms. Breakfast was quite ordinary with nothing noteworthy.

    Perfectly comfortable for business use! The convenient location near the station was a big plus. The staff were attentive, and the Room was comfortable. Breakfast included local Miyazaki specialties, which was great. It would be nice to have decaf coffee or herbal tea available.

    Convenient and comfortable stay.

    The hotel next to Miyazaki Station had excellent access and was very convenient. I reserved a Deluxe Twin Room, and despite the reasonable price, the room was spacious with a bathroom that included a washing area, a separate toilet, and was very comfortable to use.

    Almost there.

    The location, Facility, and cost were perfect, but the cleanliness was disappointing. It was particularly unpleasant as it was in the bathroom rather than an unseen area. If this is improved, it would be flawless.

    Breakfast is a must.

    Fresh vegetables, steamed vegetables, and a wide variety of local produce were greatly appreciated. The location is extremely convenient, right next to the station and the bus center. There are also several bars nearby, making it ideal for visitors without a car.

    Satisfaction guaranteed even for a one-night stay.

    I recently stayed for one night. The room felt clean from the moment I entered, and I was able to use facilities like buttons, remotes, doorknobs, and faucets without hesitation, making my stay very comfortable. While Miyazaki's transportation may not feel very convenient, the hotel's location near the station and its cleanliness make it a top choice for accommodation in Miyazaki! Thank you very much.     Convenience and comfort at its best

    Located in front of the station, it is very convenient for transportation and dining as everything can be done nearby. The room was a Premier Twin on the 14th floor, very spacious with separate living and bedroom areas, each equipped with a TV (total of 2 TVs). The toilet and bathroom were separate, with a washing area included. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind; they stored our luggage before check-in and had already placed it in the room by the time we returned. Their service felt comparable to that of a luxury hotel, which left us deeply impressed. Although it was a Premier Twin room, the accommodation fee was affordable, and thanks to IKYU.com's time sale discount, we got an even better deal—truly lucky! Thank you for providing such a wonderful travel experience!

    Everything was excellent except for one point!

    Online check-in allows you to input necessary information in advance, so there's no need to fill out or enter anything on the day of arrival—very convenient. Although I was a bit confused on the day, the front desk staff were very polite and helpful, leaving a great impression of Miyazaki's hospitality. The amenities were excellent, even including sheet masks. Above all, the location was fantastic, making it easy to enjoy walking around the city during my first visit to Miyazaki. However, one issue stood out—the mattress on the bed felt either worn out or too soft for my liking and caused some discomfort in my lower back. While this might not be an issue for a one-night stay, two nights were slightly challenging. I would love to stay here again and would appreciate it if high-resilience mattresses could be made available for rent in the future!

    The bathroom door seal seemed faulty, making it difficult to close the door. The toilet lock did not work. The drip coffee was delicious.

    Conveniently located near Miyazaki Station, the perfect Hotel for both sightseeing and business.

    I stayed for 3 nights after a long time. I was surprised by how much the station and surrounding area had changed, becoming more convenient and bustling. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the guest room was impeccably clean. Breakfast was a buffet featuring local ingredients, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh salad greens.     It was very convenie...

    It was very convenient being close to the station and using the train. Also, the bathroom had a separate bathtub and washing area, allowing me to enjoy a stress-free bath time. This was a significant satisfaction point for me. I always felt stressed with shower curtains, so this was a great improvement.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed for a total of 8 nights, with 7 nights booked through another site and 1 night through this one, and I had a comfortable stay throughout. The staff were very kind. The breakfast was also delicious. I would appreciate it if the stewed dishes and soups were a bit less salty (perhaps because I just returned from overseas and am not used to the saltier Japanese seasoning). The elevator can get a bit crowded.

    Great location

    In front of Miyazaki Station, there are many commercial facilities around, and there is also a Lawson on the first floor of the Hotel, making it very convenient. The Room is clean, and the Hotel staff's service is good, with no bad points, but if I had to say, the water pressure in the shower is a bit weak.

    Absolutely convenient.

    It is in a great location right in front of Miyazaki Station. You can easily take a bus or JR to go anywhere. The front desk service is good, and the room cleaning is thorough and clean. One downside is that the hotel front desk is on the 8th floor, and there are only two elevators, so you may have to wait during busy times.
