    Excellent location

    An 8-minute walk from the Yaesu Exit, and also very convenient with Takaracho Station and Kyobashi Station just nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth with no crowds.

    This was a two-night...

    This was a two-night stay. The front desk staff were efficient and pleasant. The Room had an unusual layout: the bed was immediately inside the door, with the bath and toilet at the back. Unfortunately, the window could not be opened for safety reasons, so I couldn’t ventilate the Room. It would be nice if it could open even about 10 cm. One concern was that when nearby guests closed their doors, my door also made a loud rattling sound. I woke up from an evening nap because of it. During my previous stay, the window could be opened slightly and there was no door noise, so it seems to depend on the Room. Despite these points, the location is very convenient, so I would likely stay again.

    Business trip use

    This was my first stay, and compared with a typical Business Hotel, it was cleaner and felt more well maintained overall.\nI also think it offers good value for money compared with current Business Hotel rates in Tokyo.\nHowever, since I ended up checking in late at night due to my schedule, I was disappointed that the front desk staff’s service felt a bit curt.

    Separate pajamas and sound

    If you don't bring pajamas, they might be too small for someone larger. For those sensitive to noise, there are sounds from the bathroom fan (even if not in use), so earplugs are essential.
