A standard Business Hotel equivalent to the Accommodation Fee

It’s not surprising, but I think this Hotel is reasonably satisfying in every way. The location is good. If I come to Hiroshima, I’ll probably choose it again.

    Two disappointing po...

Two disappointing points. I usually bring my own pajamas when staying at a Hotel, but I forgot this time and used the Hotel sleepwear. It was very small, so I asked if there was a larger size, but I was told there is only one size. I have seen similar sleepwear at other hotels, but this was the first time it felt this small. The next morning, I asked whether they could make a Reservation for a taxi, but they said that because it was Saturday, taxis would be hard to get. In the end, I caught a passing taxi the next morning. It may be in a convenient location for transportation, but I would have liked them to at least check with the taxi company.

    Convenient for live events

Stayed for a live event. The Room was renovated, clean, and spacious enough. The bathroom was a bit disappointing... There is parking available, and the location is convenient for sightseeing. I would stay here again if attending another live event in Hiroshima.

    Conveniently located with excellent access.

This was my first visit to Hiroshima, and I stayed here for two nights. The Hotel is conveniently located right in front of the tram stop from Hiroshima Station, making check-in quick and easy. The next day, I took a bus to the zoo, and since the hotel is directly connected to the bus center, it was very convenient. Sogo department store is right next door, and there’s a convenience store nearby as well. The Atomic Bomb Dome is also just a short walk away. It’s an excellent location for shopping and sightseeing, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hiroshima.

    3-Night Stay During Golden Week

I stayed for a multiple night stay of three nights to attend the Flower Festival. I have used this accommodation many times as my regular place to stay when visiting Hiroshima. The room I stayed in this time had issues with the window frame, possibly due to aging, and it did not close properly, leaving gaps that failed to block out external noise. As a result, nighttime noise was severe, especially during the Golden Week period, with sirens from police cars and ambulances as well as loud vehicles making it difficult to sleep. When I pressed the window handle by hand, it blocked out some noise; therefore, I would appreciate it if you could address this issue. The breakfast menu was the same for all three days and has not changed much throughout the year. Since I plan to stay again in August, I would be delighted if there were new menu options by then. Accommodation fees for Saturdays and holidays have been raised significantly recently, making one night's price quite high. As someone who frequently stays at this hotel due to work reasons, I hope you can provide services that match these prices so that even after inbound tourism stabilizes again in the future, this hotel remains a place I'd want to return to regularly.

    Thank you for your patronage.

This is my nth stay. Every time, the staff (the person I inquired with over the phone, the front desk person on the day) are very pleasant and accommodating. There were no amenities for women in the Room or there were few tea bags, which I forgot this time, but it's not a problem as I can bring my own. The purpose is the Green Arena, but it is close to the venue and connected to the bus center, offering unparalleled convenience. I would like to use it again next time.

Convenient location. However, the facilities are old. Breakfast is a no-go.

Very convenient location. The hotel is adjacent to the bus center. Peace Park, the Atomic Bomb Dome, Hondori Shopping Street, the art museum, and the soccer stadium are all within a 5 to 10-minute distance. The tram and bus stops that conveniently connect Hiroshima city are right in front of the hotel entrance. For the suburbs, the Astram Line station is connected through the basement of the adjacent Sogo Department Store. The location is good, but the hotel is old. The door key is a card, and the toilet has been replaced with a new one, but the room furnishings are old, and the windows facing outside are small, lacking a sense of openness. Well, it's understandable since it's been over 40 years since it was built, but the room layout and plumbing are also old. The bed is worn out too. The amenities are also lacking. The area around the washbasin is okay, but the rest is not. There are no essential items for modern hotels like bottled mineral water or tea sets, and there are no outlets or adapters for PCs. Since the location is good, a complete renovation and improvements for more guest-friendly usability and comfort are necessary. I pointed out various things, but my biggest dissatisfaction is the breakfast buffet. Breakfast is from 7:00 to 9:30, with the last order at 9:00, but when I went past 8:10, it was a parade of leftovers. Most of the dishes were dry on the surface, and only three or four plates were left, with no sign of new ones being brought out. Some items had empty plates lined up. It's harsh to say, but I was disappointed with the buffet full of leftovers. This is terrible. I mean, it's just past 8:00. The coffee server was empty. There was no milk. The juice was at the bottom. There was almost no fruit. Only two commercial yogurts were left!! Only after pointing it out did they bring a little bit more. And for this, the price is 1,650 yen, which is too expensive. The breakfast photos advertised on posters and flyers are vastly different. Is hotel management properly overseeing this? Hiroshima is a place where the old coffee shop culture still remains. If you go to Hondori, there are plenty of good coffee shops. I recommend having breakfast at a coffee shop.
