    The sauna is excellent.

    The sauna has a TV, and the temperature is just right—absolutely fantastic! The cold plunge is also at the perfect temperature, so comfortable you won’t want to leave either the sauna or the cold bath!

    I’d definitely love to stay here again on my next trip to Hakata!!

    We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days this time. It’s very convenient, within walking distance of Hakata Station. It was also about a 10-minute walk to our destination, Hakataza, so we were able to fully enjoy Hakata!! The only disappointing point was the poor manners of some foreign guests when the large public bath was crowded: people spending a long time doing makeup and chatting in front of the three hair dryers, and some using mobile phones despite the posted prohibition. I felt it would be helpful if staff could occasionally check in. Other than that, everything was well cleaned, and the staff were cheerful and kind—overall a very pleasant Hotel.

    Relaxing Hotel

    Close to the station, I was deeply relaxed by the natural Onsen "Sodemisato no Yu." The Onsen is open all night, and the music playing in the background was wonderful. The room was spacious, and the post-bath ice cream, lactic acid drinks, and late-night ramen were incredibly delicious and added great value. I would love to stay here again when visiting Hakata. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

    First Stay at Dormy Inn

    As a sauna enthusiast, Dormy Inn was a hotel I had always wanted to stay at. This time, everything aligned perfectly, and I was excited to visit. It was very disappointing that the outdoor stone bath was out of order, but I appreciated the sincere notice given 1-2 days in advance. These things happen. The front desk staff were polite and kind, the room was comfortable, and it was within walking distance of Hakata Station. One suggestion... Most guests staying at Dormy Inn likely look forward to enjoying the baths and saunas. Therefore, it would be more convenient if face towels were always available in the washroom for immediate use (I didn’t realize this and had to return to my room). There are several comfortable hotels with saunas in Hakata, so I will consider staying again in the future. Thank you very much!

    Last-minute stay.

    I visited Fukuoka with my daughter for shopping, and since it got late, we decided to stay overnight and made a reservation on the same day. We were looking for a Hotel with an Onsen, and since the last option was Canal City, we chose this place. The complimentary ice cream after the bath and Yonaki Soba were amazing. The breakfast buffet didn’t have many options, but the clam miso soup, motsunabe hot pot, and mentaiko were personally very delicious. The Room we stayed in was small as only limited rooms were available, but it was comfortable enough for us. The parking staff, front desk team, and dining staff were all wonderful people. I would definitely love to stay at this Hotel again!

    Comfortable

    Conveniently located right next to Canal City and within walking distance to Nakasu. The rooms are clean and offer adequate space for business trips. The large public bath and outdoor bath are spacious, with perfect water pressure in the showers. While the post-bath relaxation area is slightly small, it’s not a major concern. A bit pricey for business use, but worth returning to.

    The Room is getting a little old, but it is kept clean. I always use it for the large public bath, but it was crowded with Korean guests, possibly because there is a Dormy Inn in Korea, so the washing area was always occupied, causing a wait. The congestion status visible from the Room showed as available, so I hope it will be displayed accurately. Other services were very good.

    It can't be helped.

    I often stay at the Mitsui Group hotel across the intersection, but this time I stayed at Dormy Inn for the first time. There is a large public bath and the price was quite reasonable, but there were indeed differences in the room, bed, etc.! I was disappointed because I had high expectations.
