  Self-check-in is difficult.

  When I used it after a long time, the check-in was self-service, and I got confused as I wasn't familiar with the process... The staff was assisting other guests, so a line formed behind me, which made me feel rushed. I sincerely wish there were one more machine!

  Reuse Done

  I used the property to attend a live event. Despite arriving before check-in, they kindly stored our luggage, and after checking out the next day, they also kept our luggage while we toured Osaka. We were able to enjoy the live event and sightseeing hands-free, which was greatly appreciated by my entire family. If we have the opportunity to visit again, we would definitely like to use your property. Thank you very much.

  Room in front of the elevator

  Too much noise from outside can be heard through the door. I was particularly bothered by the frequent sound of the elevator arriving. Is that sound really necessary to that extent?
