    We had a comfortable stay.

    After watching the live show, I relaxed and soothed my body in the Onsen.

    I like it more than a typical APA Hotel.

    I didn’t have a very good impression of APA Hotel, but this one was nice. The Lawson on the 1st floor gets extremely crowded in the morning, so please be aware of that.

    A classic Hotel for staying the night before visiting Disney Resort

    Conveniently located near the station and close to Disney, this is always my go-to place for a stay before visiting Disney. This time, I checked in early, but the guidance to the check-in machine seemed a bit unclear. It might have been due to a busy time. Even in a single room, the bed was spacious and allowed for a comfortable rest. The cleaning and bed-making are always done impeccably, making it very pleasant. There’s also a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. I’ll definitely stay here again!

    Everything was perfect except for the bed comfort.

    Everything was great except that the mattress was too soft, which caused back pain.

    Clean and great value

    Convenient connections from Tokyo Station. The Hotel was clean inside. The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff were foreigners, and the two of them walked back and forth talking loudly. Since it wasn’t Japanese, I couldn’t understand what they were saying, so it didn’t cause any trouble, but it felt like they were completely in their own world to the point that I felt awkward. Other than that, everything was very good.

    Thank you for your prompt response.

    The first Room we were shown had a strong smell of liniment, so we contacted the front desk and were promptly moved to another Room. It seems that housekeeping noticed the smell but did not inform the front desk and only cleaned the Room. If this process had been more thorough, such a Room would not have been offered for stay.

    Check-in and check-o...

    Check-in and check-out were very smooth. It was helpful to see the bathroom congestion status on the room screen. The Onsen was very relaxing, but the changing room was wet and had a lot of hair, which was disappointing. I wasn't bothered by noise from neighboring rooms or upstairs, which was satisfying, but I found the loud conversations of the cleaning staff very distracting. I had hoped to relax with an 11:00 AM check-out time, so this was extremely disappointing.

    Had a relaxing stay!

    Stayed after visiting Disney. Arrived around 10 PM, and although the hotel parking was full, there were plenty of parking options nearby, so it wasn’t an issue! The 1-second check-in process was smooth—truly impressive as expected from APA Hotel! Although I had prepared for a crowded bath based on reviews, it wasn’t too busy, and I could relax. As an APA member, the 11 AM checkout allowed for a leisurely stay in the morning. I’d love to use this accommodation again for stays before or after visiting Disney!

    Affordable yet comfortable and excellent.

    The amenities, services, large public bath, and facilities were exactly as rated and very satisfying. Additionally, perhaps by chance, there was no impact from over-tourism from Country C, and I did not experience any unpleasant feelings.

    Smooth check-in process.

    Check-in was smooth and quick with plenty of staff available, so there was no waiting. The public bath was always crowded, and I couldn't use it, so I gave up. I used the Room's bathroom instead, but the ventilation fan had accumulated dust, and the bathtub was dirty; when scrubbed, the dirt came off, which made me feel it wasn't well-maintained. That part was disappointing, but I found many other appealing aspects and would like to stay again. On the day of my stay, I faced some transportation issues. The Keiyo Line was out of service, so I had no choice but to take a taxi from Tokyo Station; having better transportation options would have been helpful.

    There was no bottle of mineral water.

    It might be only at Shiomi, but it was disappointing that there was no mineral water.

    The Onsen bath is too crowded to enter. The Room's bath smells like sewage. The Room is small, so there is no space to walk when the suitcase is open.

    Functional and comfortable

    I used APA Hotel for the first time, and the amenities and facilities are efficient. The large public bath can be used from 6 AM and was comfortable. It is close to the station and there is a convenience store downstairs.

    Perfect for returning from Disney

    We stayed here after returning from Disney. Check-in was smooth, and the customer service was excellent. There was a large public bath, which allowed us to thoroughly relax our tired bodies. The room was clean, and in addition to Wi-Fi, the TV screen was large, allowing us to use TVer and YouTube. I would like to use it again!
