    Clean, with excellent staff service.

    I chose this hotel for my first trip to Hakata because it has convenient access from Fukuoka Airport, is close to the station, and has a large public bath. All of the staff were polite and kind. I had sent my luggage ahead of time, and they brought it to me at check-in, and when I accidentally left without my card key, they handled it with a smile. The Room was spacious and very clean. There were separate slippers for the public bath and disposable slippers for use in the Room, which helped me relax. There were also plenty of restaurants and food stalls nearby for dinner, making it easy to get around at night. It was a very satisfying trip.

    It was a clean Hotel.

    The room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked. I happened to share an elevator with a Hotel staff member, and since it was hot outside, they kindly guided me to an easy-to-understand spot and showed me a route that avoided direct sunlight. Thank you very much.

    Convenient Location

    It was a clean and satisfying Hotel. Although it is located in a lively downtown area, there are many popular restaurants nearby, making it very convenient.

    The Hotel itself was...

    The Hotel itself was not bad, but because it is located right in the middle of a busy nightlife area, I could hear drunk people shouting all night even inside the room and could not sleep well. I do not think this Hotel lives up to IKYU’s reputation.

    The location was great, the property was clean, and there was also a large public bath—everything was excellent. There were also Facilities such as mirrors that appeal to women, and we could really feel the thoughtful attention to detail.

    Recommended for two women.

    I had made a twin Reservation, but they kindly upgraded us to a ladies’ Room. The Room was neat and simple, and came with a ReFa curling iron and hair dryer. The women’s large public bath was just down the hallway. There was also a shampoo bar on the way. They offered ReFa, OSAJI, and POLA shampoos, which you could pour into small cups to use. In the large public bath area, there was a compact ReFa hair dryer, as well as washing machines and dryers. Overall it was very comfortable with no outside noise, but it was disappointing that the in-room air conditioning didn’t work very well. It was working fine when we checked out around 10:00, so I wondered if it was due to how the central air conditioning is distributed. We chose the breakfast-included Plan and ate at the Italian restaurant on the first floor. The selection wasn’t extensive, but everything we tried was delicious. It’s also close to the subway station and convenient for visiting places like Hakataza Theater. I would definitely recommend this Hotel for two women traveling together.

    Overall, I am satisfied.

    The Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The large public bath also had washing machines and dryers. The hair dryer in the large public bath was a high-end model, which made styling the next day easy. However, one disappointing point was that light from an outside sign leaked through the Room curtains at night, and the flashing light was quite noticeable. Other than that, everything was very good.

    I also loved the stylish lobby and the large public bath on the 14th floor with a great view.

    The Facility and amenities were clean, and the Saturday-only event from 6:00 PM—featuring trumpet and acoustic guitar performances plus a complimentary drink—made for an elegant moment during the trip. However, the Room view was disappointing, as it was on the second floor of a low-rise building facing a mixed-use building in a busy downtown area. I have stayed at many Hotels, but since I had never stayed on a low floor before, I should have requested this at the time of Reservation.

    It was a clean Hotel...

    It was a clean Hotel conveniently located near the station. When I told them that the luggage I had sent to the Hotel was too heavy for me to carry to my Room, they brought it up for me. They did the same at check-out. Also, when I got lost near the Hotel, they even came to pick me up. Thanks to their help, I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much—I would definitely like to stay again.

    Beautiful and wonderful

    First, the view from the front desk on the 13th floor was amazing. The man at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. The Room was clean and new, and the cleaning was perfect! In the Room, there was a ReFa hair dryer, a shower head, and even a curling iron—so luxurious! They also have a “shampoo buffet,” where you can choose your favorite shampoo and conditioner, pour them into small cups, and bring them to the large public bath. Everything felt high-end and smelled wonderful. Even though it was an affordable Hotel stay, we could still enjoy the large public bath. I was truly, truly satisfied. They also kept our suitcases until we left, which helped us a lot. It was such a fun trip to Hakata! Next time as well, I definitely want to make a Reservation at Resol Trinity again!

    Welcome back.

    It’s close to the nearest station, has a large public bath, and the Facility is clean, so I came back again. You can also walk to Tenjin. This time, since it was a women-only stay, they upgraded me to a ladies’ Room. The Room was on a convenient floor for going to the large public bath as well. There are four elevators with little waiting time, and checkout was smooth with advance payment. The lighting in the breakfast area was a bit dim, and some people might find the bath water slightly hot. I’ll stay again. Thank you very much.

    The location was great and very convenient.

    The Room was spacious enough and clean. The large public bath was also spacious and relaxing. I appreciated that the amenities in the changing area included “Karin facial lotion.” The location was great, close to the downtown area, with many delicious restaurants nearby in Hakata, so I was able to enjoy a very fun evening.

    A good Hotel with an excellent location.

    It was my first stay, and I found the accommodation conveniently located near the station. The hotel and room were stylish, clean, and very pleasant. I stayed here for a live event, and from the moment I checked in, songs by my favorite artist were playing throughout the facility, which really lifted my spirits! The room had a large table and a vanity mirror, making it perfect for dining or doing makeup. Although I didn’t use the public bath, the bathroom in my room was clean with a spacious bathtub that was easy to use. I would love to stay here again when attending another live event in Fukuoka!

    Conveniently located right next to Nakasu-Kawabata Station Exit 1!

    The location is very close to the station. The Room was spacious and comfortable without feeling cramped. Check-out is simple, just drop the room key in the box, so it doesn't take much time. Canal City, Hakataza Theater, and food stalls are within walking distance, making it very convenient.

    A highly satisfying Hotel that responds sincerely to forgotten items.

    Located in the heart of the entertainment district, this accommodation has no aspects of a so-called "love hotel" and features an exceptionally beautiful exterior and interior. Additionally, there is a large public bath on the rooftop, open from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM, providing great comfort for tired bodies after work. Even with late-night check-ins, there are plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. I checked in around 3:00 PM using Taxi GO from the airport and departed around 8:00 AM by calling Taxi GO back to the airport. The process was smooth without any congestion. Moreover, you can leave directly without stopping by the front desk upon departure, which adds to the convenience. To top it off, I forgot something during my stay but received prompt same-day assistance; they sent it via courier (cash on delivery). This is a highly satisfying hotel that I would recommend as a reference for everyone!

    Location of Nakasu

    Used after a business trip. I chose it for its proximity to Nakasu-Kawabata Station and the large public bath. I couldn't find the hotel entrance and ended up walking around it once. The front desk is on the 13th floor. By the way, the room is on the 2nd floor, and the large public bath is on the 14th floor. They are far apart, but it wasn't too inconvenient. It was a twin single-use, but for this location, it was worth the price, and the room was clean. I couldn't find the WiFi pass... I searched everywhere and found it in the hotel guide on the TV monitor... Even though it's the recent trend, I wish it was written in the room. The large public bath is spacious, but I wish something could be done about the showers and faucets... The hot water supply is cut off on a timer, and at the end, cold water comes out, which is unpleasant. The same goes for all the other washbasins. Check-out was smooth without having to stop by the front desk, so it wasn't a problem being on the 13th floor.
