    Satisfying in every way.

    This time I booked a No Meals Included plan, so I can’t comment on the food, but the service (front desk and parking staff) was excellent and made my stay very pleasant. The Facility was also very well maintained for the price, and I was satisfied. There is a large public bath as well, which was perfect for me since I’m not a fan of unit baths. The location and adjacent parking were convenient too, and when I visit Toyama again, this Hotel will be the first one I look up.

    Good for just sleeping and bathing, staff left a positive impression.

    Conveniently located between the station and downtown, close to the entertainment district. The staff's service is excellent. The bath is spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view of Mt. Hakusan. However, the outdoor bath has strong chlorine, making it hard to relax—likely a necessary operational decision. The Room walls seem thin as hallway conversations are audible; while sounds from neighboring rooms were fine, it felt concerning at times. Despite hearing good reviews about breakfast, I found the rice soggy and overly salty—not to my taste. Being used to a 12 PM checkout, the 10 AM checkout felt rushed and unsettlingly early. Perhaps it's tailored for businessmen from the Showa era? Overall not bad, but I wouldn't choose this place first next time.

    The meals were disappointing.

    The Plan included breakfast, but a parasitic worm was found in the grilled salmon of the Japanese set meal. Feeling uncomfortable, I stopped eating and abandoned the meal. I informed the staff. While it may have been unavoidable, it was disappointing. Perhaps opting for a Western-style breakfast would have been better. As for other points, although it is a slightly older Hotel, there were no operational issues; however, this incident was regrettable.

    I had a relaxing time.

    The building is not new, but the large public bath offers a relaxing experience, and the delicious breakfast is highly rated.

    A traditional Hotel with a beautiful large public bath

    I stayed here the night before visiting the Tateyama Alpine Route. Although I thought it might be an older Hotel, it was very clean, and its location near the tram station was excellent. I stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room, which was spacious and clean, making me very satisfied. I had meals near Toyama Station, so I didn’t use the dining facilities, but the atmosphere of the dining area seemed nice. The bath was also clean with a sauna available; I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity.

    The air conditioner filter is dirty.

    The parking lot is convenient with both tower and flat options. The parking staff are friendly. The front desk staff are also very kind. There are three elevators available. Amenities can be picked up as needed next to the front desk. When I entered the Room and turned on the air conditioner, there was a slight odor. Upon checking the air conditioner's filter, it was clogged, so I cleaned it myself. After cleaning, it cooled well and the smell improved significantly. Considering energy savings and environmental impact, I recommend inspecting all air conditioner filters promptly. The TV in the Room feels a bit small. Wi-Fi speed is decent. The refrigerator is more like a cooler box; it takes time to chill room-temperature drinks. The public bath is excellent! Towels need to be brought from your Room when using it. However, the shower automatically stops after some time, which makes it inconvenient to use. The shampoo and related amenities are average at best. As for views from windows, recent construction of tall buildings has slightly affected them negatively. Beds feel slightly soft while duvets tend to separate easily from their covers. On the 10th floor, there’s a pillow rental corner available. Overall, this Hotel is one of the best in this area!

    Great value and excellent public bath.

    Hotel with a Large Public Bath The men's large public bath offers a stunning view of the Tateyama Mountain Range and is equipped with a sauna and cold bath. The women's bath, however, is smaller, lacks a view, and does not have alternating access between genders. Feeling envious of the men's facilities, I discovered that the women's area features reservation-based stone sauna sessions. I decided to give it a try! The experience was great. There was even a cooling-down space available, and I enjoyed the stone sauna for a full hour. It accommodates up to three people per session and operates on an hourly reservation system. I would definitely like to use it again next time!

    Deluxe Twin - Some noise leakage, shows signs of age.

    For your reference: The walls are thin. - Conversations from inside the room can be heard through the door (perhaps due to loud voices?). - Sounds like hangers or alarms from the neighboring room can be heard clearly. - Footsteps or door sounds from above are not audible. Other facilities and equipment show signs of aging. The Room felt smaller than it appeared in photos, possibly due to construction methods at the time of building. While there seems to be sufficient thickness in floors and ceilings (no noise issues from above or below), soundproofing between rooms is lacking, making it feel more like an apartment rather than a modern condominium or rental property. The staff is excellent—both at reception and parking services. Even though I was the last one to retrieve my car, they had already brought it down and were waiting for me. Thank you very much. It seems there’s a cashback system, which might work well for those reimbursed by their company but receiving personal cashback benefits!

    The rock bath was great.

    The facility is an aged Business Hotel, but the large public bath is its charm. The men's large public bath is spacious with a sauna and cold water bath, and it seems you can enjoy the view of the Tateyama Mountain Range. On the other hand, the women's large public bath is narrow with no view, which is very disappointing. However, it seems you can enjoy a stone sauna; if you reserve at the front desk, you can borrow stone sauna wear and towels. This is great! I would like to repeat my stay looking forward to enjoying the stone sauna.

    We used it for a trip with three women. The Japanese-Western style room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. We made the reservation without meals, so we bought breakfast at a nearby convenience store, but the morning coffee service was attractive.

    Thanks to the low pillow, I slept soundly.

    I stayed at Uozu Manten Hotel last month and found it comfortable, so I chose this one this time. I was surprised by the amount of vegetables in the salad morning at the café on the 1st floor, but I was happy that the dressing was to my liking. The softness of the bed in this hotel is just right for me, and I appreciate the pillow rental service. You also receive a discount ticket to ride the tram for 100 yen. It would be even better if there were coffee service and night ramen like in Uozu (I wrote a bit selfishly. Sorry about that.)

    Please investigate a...

    Please investigate and improve the facilities. I think the service and the large public bath facilities are good. The in-house WiFi is very unstable, so I stopped using it and used my smartphone for communication. I received a draft beer discount ticket for the in-house restaurant, but it would be nice to have an alternative option for those who cannot drink alcohol.
