    Carpeted flooring on each floor

    The lobby feels very pleasant with its spacious layout and high ceilings, but the carpets on each floor from the elevator to the Room are old and noticeably stained. It may be time to consider replacing the carpets.

    The location is great, but I hope the service can be improved.

    I chose this Hotel because I wanted a ground-level parking lot. It is conveniently located near the station, making it very convenient when using public transportation. However, the Facility is old, and it was disappointing to find dust collecting in the corners of the Room. If the outdated Facility were made up for with good service, that would be one thing, but the front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which was also disappointing. The doorman who guided me to the parking lot (a woman) left a good impression.

    Check-in

    Arrived about 30 minutes early, but was kindly allowed to check in as the Room was ready. Was able to rest in the Room, which made subsequent activities smooth. Thank you very much!

    I had a pleasant 2-night stay. The Facility is a bit old but very well-maintained, and the Room was quiet, allowing me to relax and rest. The breakfast was very satisfying, and all the staff were courteous. I would love to stay here again.

    The Room feels a bit...

    The Room feels a bit dated but was clean and spacious. It would be nice to have coffee as part of the Room service. A check-out time of 11:00 AM would allow for a more relaxed stay.

    Clean and conveniently located.

    This was my second stay. Since it was July, there were cool Tanabata decorations at the entrance. The room had an air purifier, which was great. Although I didn’t use it this time, there is a coin laundry booth available, which I think is convenient for those on a Multiple Night Stay to do their laundry.

    Thank you very much for this time! Both at check-in and when adding breakfast vouchers for the next day, the service was prompt and communication was good, allowing us to have an enjoyable stay! Breakfast was also smooth and delicious. I hope to use it again! The content I commented on yesterday was for a different Hotel, I apologize for the mistake.

    Although breakfast was scheduled for a specific time, we had to wait about 10 minutes. Additionally, items like corn potage and water glasses were not replenished unless we requested them. The Room itself was very comfortable. The front desk staff recommended amazake and other items, and it was nice to have good communication.

    Facility only

    It took a long time for the heating to work, to the point where I thought it might be broken. What bothered me the most was the thick dust on the bathroom and indoor ventilation fans, as well as behind the air purifier and humidifier. Dust naturally accumulates, and I'm not a germaphobe, but even I was taken aback by the amount of dust. I think it would be much better if it were vacuumed. Other than that, I was satisfied. I would have appreciated it if the cleaning had been more thorough.

    I stayed with a plan...

    I stayed with a plan that included breakfast. The room was spacious, but I felt the lighting was dim. I was amazed by the attentive service and high quality of the breakfast.
