    Breakfast should not be expected.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of three nights with breakfast included, but I regret not choosing No Meals Included. The breakfast is average. On the other hand, the amenities are well stocked!

    Highly satisfied.

    I was able to stay one night at a discounted rate with a Reservation made one month in advance. (I stayed on the first day of the Nagano Tomyo Festival. I thought it might be hard to book, but since I applied early, I was able to make a Reservation.) It has great access from Nagano Station, the room was clean, and I was very satisfied with the wide selection of amenities. I didn’t notice any noise from the city or inside the Hotel at all. The staff were always smiling and helpful, so even as a woman staying alone, I felt safe. I really appreciated the variety of tea bags and that there were two types of bath salts. Thank you very much for your hospitality. When staying in Nagano again, I would definitely like to use this Accommodation again.

    Stay in Accommodation for Nagano Sightseeing

    Close to the station, I stayed here for the first time. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and seemed new. There were a variety of amenities such as face masks, bath additives, and hair treatments, and even pajamas with separate tops and bottoms were provided, which was great. I would like to use this accommodation again when visiting Nagano.

    Best Location Near the Station

    It is very convenient as you can access it via the pedestrian bridge from the 2nd floor of Nagano Station building. Although quite compact, the arrangement of items did not feel too cramped. Being close to the station, voices of people drinking and chatting until around midnight could be heard, but it was a good Business Hotel.

    It was a comfortable Hotel!

    The staff had wonderful smiles! The amenities were well-prepared and excellent! The bathroom had a slight damp smell, which was unpleasant, but everything else was perfect!

    Very satisfied.

    I was drawn to the location, just a few minutes from the station, and made a reservation. Checked in around 8 PM with my two children. As it was my first time checking in, I was worried I might get confused, but a female staff member at the front desk quickly approached us. Since I didn’t have a QR code, she searched for my name on her tablet and assisted me throughout the process, making check-in very smooth. We stayed in a corner room on the 7th floor. The room was very clean. Since we requested a triple room, three beds were neatly prepared. The sink had good depth and worked well; even with just a slight turn of the faucet handle, water pressure was strong but convenient. The bathtub was long enough for me (160cm) to stretch out comfortably and enjoy soaking in it. The shampoo bottles were large and filled generously—and they even suited my hair type! (laughs) I appreciated being able to pick up amenities myself as needed. The pajamas provided were two-piece sets—very comfortable! Both the bed and pillows were fluffy; duvets were clean; towels felt soft against the skin. Although I had read online that the refrigerator might be small—it fit drinks for three people plus light snacks perfectly for one day’s use. On our way from the station to this hotel: there’s Don Quijote on the second floor of this building itself; Lawson convenience store is located on its first floor; also visible from our room window towards Zenkoji Temple direction is SEIYU supermarket open 24/7—all making shopping incredibly convenient! Truly an excellent location overall! Despite staying near elevators where noise could’ve been expected—we weren’t bothered by hallway sounds at all during our stay. Every time we went out or returned—the front desk staff greeted us warmly with smiles which made us feel welcomed repeatedly throughout our visit! Even housekeeping staff (who appeared foreign) kindly smiled while interacting inside elevators too! If visiting Nagano again—I’ll definitely choose this accommodation without hesitation!! Thank you so much—it has been such an enjoyable & comfortable two-night stay!!

    A clean Business Hotel near the station

    I called to confirm some details before my stay, and the staff responded very kindly. It is a typical Business Hotel, but the unit bath was spacious and easy to use, and the bed was comfortable. However, I felt that breakfast was quite expensive, possibly due to fewer guests staying. Additionally, there was a lot of dust on the wall above the TV in the Room, which was disappointing. Regarding parking, although it is marked as suitable for vehicles up to 190 cm wide, it is quite narrow. Those with wider cars should be cautious.

    Close to the station and comfortable.

    It was very conveniently located, very close to the station. The front desk was kind, and we exchanged pleasant greetings with the cleaning staff in the morning, creating a good atmosphere. The Room had everything necessary, and I slept soundly on a good bed. Since it was a twin Room, there wasn't much space in the Room, and I had a bit of trouble finding a place for my luggage, but I managed to find space. It's unfortunate that there was one hair tie left on the corner of the desk; perhaps it belonged to a previous guest? It's such a convenient location that I recommend it.

    The room was small but clean and eco-friendly.

    It is close to Nagano Station and has a good location. A QR code for check-in is sent via SMS in advance, and you just need to scan it with the machine, which is very convenient. Amenities can be taken in front of the elevator as needed, making it eco-friendly. The twin room we reserved was mostly occupied by the beds and was a bit cramped. It would be nice if the price were a little lower. As a hotel, there were no particular issues, and if I have the opportunity to stay near Nagano Station again, I will consider it as one of the options.

    Since it is a Business Hotel, it was conveniently located in front of the station for the purpose of Stays. The Room was also clean, so I think it was good.

    Smoking Floor

    Only smoking rooms were available, so I stayed with that understanding, but it's quite tough for non-smokers. The location is very convenient and good.

    I stayed for two consecutive nights.

    Close to Nagano Station, with convenience stores, restaurants, and the Tokyu Department Store nearby, making it a very convenient location. The facilities and amenities were well-equipped. Although the refrigerator didn't have a freezing function, the front desk froze ice packs for us. The nightwear was separate, allowing for a comfortable stay. It's a hotel I would like to stay at again.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    I chose this location because it's right near Nagano Station. It was close and convenient. Although it was a unit bath, the bathroom was spacious, which was nice. Also, I thought the female staff at the front desk was very competent.

    For a visit to Zenkoji Temple

    I used this accommodation for my visit to Zenkoji Temple. The staff's attentiveness was excellent, and I had a fulfilling stay. Although the hotel entrance was a bit confusing, the room was spacious, and the breakfast featured local Nagano specialties, which was satisfying.
