    Conveniently located near the station and Yokohama Arena.

    This was my first stay, and the Room was simple yet had everything I needed, so I was able to spend my time very comfortably. Since there was only a small table in the Room, I thought it would be nice to have something like a foldable table available when I want to eat in the Room. That said, it’s close to Shin-Yokohama Station and Yokohama Arena and very convenient for getting around, so I’d definitely like to stay again next time I visit Shin-Yokohama.

    It was a bit disappointing.

    My elderly parents in their 70s and my son in his 40s stayed for one night after making a Reservation for one Japanese-Western style Room for three people. Since the Hotels around Shin-Yokohama that we had stayed at before were all fully booked, we reserved Grace Hotel for the first time. We have stayed in Japanese-Western style Rooms many times at Hotels in Japan, so we booked with a fairly positive impression. However, when we entered the Room, it felt cramped—like two bed mattresses had been placed on a wooden floor area and one futon set had been squeezed onto a tatami-like floor. It was far from the spacious Japanese-Western style Room we had imagined. I may have been foolish to assume too much and not check more carefully. As for amenities, only toothbrushes were provided in the Room, and guests were expected to pick up anything else they needed from the lobby. Most items were available, but there was no women’s hair cap. It felt like an inexpensive Business Hotel level of service. The shower head was also attached at an angle, so it took some effort to shower straight down. At first I couldn’t set it properly and ended up soaking the bathroom floor and even my clean underwear. The bed was not very comfortable either, and I ended up severely sleep-deprived. 　Given this cost and these Facilities, I think it would have been better to look for two Rooms—a twin and a single—at a Business Hotel instead. I had previously recommended Grace Hotel to friends who stayed here, and it looks nice from the outside as well, but this stay left me truly disappointed. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Amazing value for money!

    I stayed here for business. I chose this Hotel because it’s close to my client’s company and the parking looked easy to use—and it was the perfect choice! The staff were kind, the food was delicious, and the Room was clean. I slept well and felt truly relaxed. I’ll definitely stay here again next time.

    This Hotel offers excellent service.

    This was my second stay. As before, the front desk staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. They kindly stored my luggage both on the morning of check-in and after my stay, which I really appreciated. When I picked up my luggage after a concert, they handled it smoothly as well. The only slight disappointment was finding a strand of hair tangled around the phone. Still, I would like to stay again.

    Delicious breakfast.

    My mother in her 80s stayed here alone for the first time. Since it was her first time, I went with her to the Room and explained how to use various things, and she said she was able to stay very comfortably. However, when she used the hair dryer and electric kettle at the same time, the breaker tripped. That’s why I rated the Facility two stars. She said breakfast was very delicious and she was extremely satisfied. She ate so much that she couldn’t even eat lunch. It’s right in front of the station, so it’s very convenient, and if we have a chance to come again, I would like to make a Reservation.

    I used it for the first time on a weekday. The facility and bath are average, but it is clean and not bad. They upgraded my room from the one I reserved, so I was able to sleep comfortably in a more spacious room than expected. I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

    Breakfast and service were excellent.

    We stayed in a Japanese-Western style room for four people, and it was very comfortable. The room had a raised tatami area and beds, allowing us to relax barefoot instead of using slippers, which was perfect for unwinding after a tiring live event. The breakfast was Japanese-style, featuring delicious seasoned rice that even our daughter, who usually skips breakfast, went back for seconds. There were plenty of side dishes to accompany the rice, and the menu changed between the first and second days, keeping it enjoyable. We would love to stay here again!

    The room offers a view of the Shinkansen.

    The room was on the Prince Hotel side, so we could see the Shinkansen from the room. The children were delighted. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located near the station!

    It is located right near the Yokohama Arena exit of Shin-Yokohama Station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The staff provided polite service, and the rooms were clean. However, one minor inconvenience was that the toilet paper holder was positioned on the back left wall, making it a bit difficult to reach. It's not a big issue though. The rates are affordable, and I would like to stay here again.

    This was my first time using this service. I had breakfast during my sightseeing trip, and the food was delicious, the Room was clean, and the staff provided excellent service. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

    I liked the Japanese-Western style room.

    Stayed with my grandchildren. I was thrilled to find a Hotel in a convenient location near the station that offered a Japanese-Western style Room. The tatami area, where we took off our shoes, was spacious enough, clean, and well-maintained. The little kids were overjoyed, rolling around happily. The Japanese breakfast set was also very delicious. Despite making various requests, the staff at both the front desk and breakfast venue responded kindly and pleasantly—thank you so much!

    Delicious Breakfast

    Stayed for a sports event. Previously, I was impressed with the cleanliness and convenience of the room, but this time, I was amazed by the delicious breakfast. The staff's attentiveness was also exceptional.

    The meals were delicious.

    Stayed for an event at K Arena. I was torn between this accommodation and a hotel near Yokohama Station that was about ¥3,000 cheaper, but I chose this one because of the appealing breakfast. I was impressed by the privacy cover on the guest room door peephole. Although it’s a unit bath, the bathtub is spacious enough to keep the toilet and sink area dry. The amenity bar includes everything you need (face wash, cleansing oil, lotion, moisturizer, cotton pads, etc.). For breakfast, you could choose between shirasu rice or plain white rice. I opted for white rice and it came with a raw egg—it was very delicious! Coffee was also available after the meal. I was curious about the shirasu rice as well—can you get seconds on rice? However, with so many side dishes available as seen in photos, you'll likely feel full without needing seconds. It would be perfect if there were one bottle of water in the fridge! I’d love to stay here again when attending events in Shin-Yokohama or Yokohama.

    Located in front of ...

    Located in front of Shin-Yokohama Station, the location is excellent. There are many restaurants in the station building nearby, and a convenience store is behind the Hotel, making shopping very convenient. Although the building and Room show their age, they are well-designed. The Room has tatami flooring, allowing you to lie down and relax, which was delightful. The indirect lighting is stylish. I was satisfied with being able to watch YouTube. The Japanese breakfast was very delicious, to the point where I would want to come just to eat it. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

    Comfortable.

    I stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room, and I was satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and the spaciousness of the Room. I had a comfortable stay. The cleaning staff greeted me pleasantly and politely when passing by in the hallway, which was wonderful. I will definitely use this place again. Although I didn’t have breakfast, I had lunch at the restaurant right after checking out. The atmosphere there was great, and I highly recommend it!! If there’s room for improvement, it would be the lack of space to hang coats and clothes, which was inconvenient. Considering the spaciousness of the Room, it made me wonder why this was the case. In winter, coats take up a lot of space, and with just two coats, there was no room for anything else. Improving this aspect would make it much more convenient!!

    Satisfaction at its best!

    I stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room. The price was reasonable, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. The Japanese-style breakfast was also very delicious. I would love to stay again! Thank you very much.

    The front desk lady at IKYU.com kindly handled the situation when we realized we had made a double Reservation before arrival, and she promptly processed the cancellation for one Room. It was a great help. Her customer service was very cheerful and wonderful.

    It was close to the station and very comfortable.

    I stayed for two nights as I had errands in Shibuya and Ikebukuro. The location was close to the station and very comfortable. It was just one ride on the Toyoko Line. I would love to stay here again in the future.

    The only inconvenience is the Wi-Fi, but everything else is satisfactory.

    The Room, service, and cleanliness were all very good! I personally found it to be quite clean, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity. However, I am dissatisfied with the communication environment, so I would be happy if it could be improved. I used the YouTube function on the Room's TV, but the videos often stopped, and only the audio played while the screen was frozen. I then tried to connect my smartphone via Wi-Fi, but my iPhone displayed a message saying it was "not secure," so I decided not to connect. I have no other complaints. In terms of hygiene, other Hotels sometimes have some hair left behind, or it gets caught between the bath mat and bed mat, but there was none of that here. I removed the sheets and lifted the mat to check for bedbugs, and I also used a light to thoroughly inspect under the bed and the surrounding area, and it left a very clean impression. Around 3 PM, I saw someone cleaning the carpet in the hallway with a roller, so it seems they pay attention to cleanliness. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but the front desk staff were serious and elegant, and the cleaning ladies greeted me with gentle voices. As for the Facility, it seems that amenities other than a toothbrush, such as a hairdryer, are not provided in the Room, but I think you can probably inquire at the front desk. Additionally, there is one microwave, two drum-type washing machines, some drinks in a vending machine, and an ice maker on the 9th floor, and there is a convenience store nearby, so the convenience is good. The Room, service, and cleanliness are all very comfortable, so it would be great if only the communication environment could be improved.

    Ideal for Yokohama Arena

    Used for a concert at Yokohama Arena. A prestigious hotel with a wedding venue. Right in front of the station, and there is also parking available. If you have a small car, you can almost certainly park it in the multi-story parking. Although it's on a first-come, first-served basis, IKYU's site mentioned that you can park if you include partnerships. There are plenty of dining options nearby to enjoy. Although I didn't use it, the hotel's facilities also seem nice. The room is clean. Plenty of outlets. The TV is standard for this era, or maybe a bit small. The staff are all friendly and polite, making it a pleasant experience. Borrowing amenities was smooth. The long-stay plan until 8 PM made it easy to go back and forth with Yokohama Arena. There are only two elevators for the upper floors, so there can be a wait. I would like to use it again when visiting Yokohama Arena.
