    I felt completely refreshed after the bath and sauna.

    This was a business trip. I refreshed my tired body after work with the bath and sauna. The cold plunge pool only fits about 1–2 people, so I would appreciate it if it were a bit larger. Other than that, I was satisfied.

    Great location and Onsen, but slightly lacking in convenience.

    Located just a 5-minute walk from Awaza Subway Station, this hotel offers a convenient base for sightseeing or business trips. The natural Onsen with a sauna is a major highlight, providing excellent relaxation after a long day. The rooms are simple but well-equipped, and the separate top-and-bottom style loungewear was comfortable. On the downside, the breakfast buffet had limited variety and was average in quality. Additionally, there were too few coin laundry machines available, making them difficult to use due to crowding. Entering a passcode every time to access the room or Onsen felt slightly inconvenient. However, if you prioritize the Onsen experience, this hotel will likely meet your expectations.

    2 nights for Expo and Aquarium

    The property features an auto-lock system with no physical keys, using a password instead. Guests receive a printed password slip, but due to the lack of physical keys and room number confirmation, there were two instances where someone mistakenly tried to open our door. It wasn’t frightening as my husband was present, but it might feel unsettling if staying alone. We reserved a double Room, but the bed size felt closer to semi-double. It was quite cramped for two people expecting a double bed. The unit bath in the guest Room had an unpleasant odor—reminiscent of public restrooms when opening the door—which made brushing teeth uncomfortable. While the shared restroom in common areas was clean, it seems like the guest Room bathrooms haven’t been renovated. The onsen experience met expectations and was highly satisfying. There are three baths: two hot baths and one cold bath—all using natural onsen water. Although we didn’t use the sauna, it reportedly features automatic löyly sessions twice per hour. Accessing the baths requires a password: men use their Room password while women need to obtain a daily changing password from reception. This process felt inconvenient for morning bathing, so we skipped it. Breakfast is served buffet-style with plenty of fresh vegetables—a nice touch. While access from the station involves some walking, overall convenience is good despite concerns about odors in guest Room toilets.

    The water temperature felt higher than last time, but it was still a pleasant bath. A tote bag provided in the Room contained a piece of trash resembling kitchen paper, larger than the size of a palm. I returned the bag to the front desk (no replacement bag was offered). The kitchen paper inside the tote bag retained its shape → It did not appear to have been washed → This suggests that the bag was placed in the Room without being cleaned after use by a previous guest. This is an unpleasant matter. Compared to how clean the area near the front desk is, the Room feels outdated. The slippers are neither disposable nor washable, which does not leave a good impression. There was a constant trickling sound from water running in the toilet. It might be due to wear and tear on parts of either the tank or piping causing leakage. This subtle noise can disturb sleep when it continues throughout. Upon check-in, guests are informed about pillows and Room wear options and asked to carry them up along with their luggage. However, carrying additional items while managing travel bags can be inconvenient. If tote bags were handed out at check-in instead of being placed in Rooms—allowing guests to place their selected pillows and Room wear inside—it would make carrying items easier for guests while also providing an opportunity for staff to ensure no trash remains inside before handing over bags.

    Overall, I thought it was a good Hotel. The Room was more spacious than I had expected, and the bath was particularly nice. One point that needs improvement is that the steps to enter the bathtub in the bath are slippery and felt dangerous, so I would like slip prevention measures to be implemented.

    One night stay

    Cost performance is the selling point of this Hotel. Although I did not have high expectations based on this information, my stay involved enduring the staff's response to inquiries, the Facility's old (unclean) condition, and the poor manners of other guests. Fortunately, it was only for one night, so I decided to consider it just a place to sleep.

    It was very good!

    I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days for sightseeing along with a tour live in Osaka, and it was very nice. Upon check-in, I could choose a pillow to my liking, the amenities were well-equipped, and the women's Onsen had a password that changed daily, allowing me to enter with peace of mind. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    The price and Facility offer the best balance at this Hotel, but

    The Room is somewhat small. It would be nice to have a stand for luggage, but it's sufficient for a solo stay. Clean, with well-stocked amenities. The pajamas are comfortable. The large public bath is also good. This Facility at this price is very reasonable. On the other hand, whether they are not good at handling irregular situations or it's their policy not to, when I consulted them in a difficult situation, their response was condescending. When I consulted about a significant delay in check-in time due to unavoidable circumstances, the response was cold. Even when I proposed, "How about this way?" it seemed like it wasn't in the manual, and they checked with a superior with a big sigh and a bothered tone, eventually responding, "We don't usually accommodate this, but we'll make an exception." It was just a request to open the front door, which would be locked without a room key, via the intercom, but I apologize for making an unreasonable request.

    This was my first time using it. When I entered the room, there was a smell like cigarettes. The smell was especially strong in the bathroom and toilet. I thought it was non-smoking... It was cold, but I tried opening the window and using the room spray that was in the room, but I was a bit shocked. Unfortunately, the smell in the bathroom remained and it was no good. The bath in the basement is an Onsen and I think it's good value for money. However, when I went first thing in the morning, there was someone brushing their teeth in the bathtub.

    Rooms along the street can be noisy due to motorcycle sounds, so please be aware.

    The room along the street was noisy with the sound of motorcycles. The Onsen was good, but the changing room was uncomfortable as the mat was not functioning and was soaking wet.

    The Onsen and sauna are of the highest level for a business hotel.

    I am staying for the first time in a while to enjoy the onsen and sauna. The room is small and dimly lit, but it's spacious enough just for sleeping. The breakfast is at a business hotel level. The bath is an onsen, and the sauna has a high temperature setting, which is very satisfying. If you love saunas and onsens, you will definitely be satisfied.

    Little by little

    I might have had too high expectations due to the renewal opening, but it was disappointing that there wasn't much of a sense of cleanliness, with black dirt on the air conditioner and limescale remaining in the bathroom floor drain (outside the bathtub). The amenities and services were plentiful and good. It seems there were free rental pillows, but I couldn't see where they were stocked, so it might be better to return to the Hotel early.

    I had a comfortable stay. It was the best Super Hotel I've used so far. The elevator dedicated to the large public bath was nice, and the size of the changing room and the cleanliness were also good. If I had to say, perhaps one more towel would have been nice. I would like to use it again.

    The underground hot ...

    The underground hot spring bath was smaller than I expected, but I was able to enjoy it comfortably. Since there are many overseas travelers, I think it would be good for the staff to occasionally patrol near the hot spring. Some people didn't seem to understand the number lock at the entrance, and some entered the changing area with slippers on. As for the bathroom in the guest room, although the ventilation fan was running, I was concerned about an unpleasant smell. The facility eliminates waste and has a main hot spring, making it overall a cost-effective accommodation. It's helpful for business people that checking out in the morning doesn't take much time.     I had a comfortable stay.

    It was my first stay, but the location and convenience to Osaka and other areas were good, and both train and bus transportation were available. The facility was clean, and the staff's response was kind and courteous, which was nice. The cost performance was also good, and I would like to stay again next time.

    The bath is great!

    I loved the bath. It felt great on the skin with the hot spring, and there was an automatic löyly sauna and a powerful type of jet bath, making it feel like a condensed version of a super sento. The rest areas also had various thoughtful touches, and overall it was good. However, what bothered me was the shower in the bath; I couldn't tell if it was due to poor water pressure or just a bad showerhead, but it was completely unsatisfactory. I think it should be improved promptly. Other than that, the hallway was not air-conditioned and was hot! I think you should consider some improvement measures for this as well.

    The hot water was nice. There was a razor cap on the bathroom floor, and at first, I had a painful experience. (I didn't notice it until I stepped on it because I was bathing without my glasses) I never saw anyone cleaning or patrolling the area, so if there had been regular patrols, I might not have had the painful experience of stepping on it. In the guest room, there was a lot of dust behind the TV, and I was shocked at how dirty it was.
