  Long stays are the best.

  Because it is along the railway tracks, the train noise was noticeable. Other than that, it was close to the station, clean, and comfortable with good service.

  Everything was simple—exactly what you’d expect from a Business Hotel.

  With reasonably priced Hotels around Shin-Yokohama and Yokohama fully booked, we were able to find availability here and stayed. Depending on the train line you use, it may feel far from the station. We stayed as two people with one bed; for sisters who sleep calmly, it was sufficient. Check-in and check-out were simple and smooth. Since the Hotel is right in front of the tracks, I do not recommend it for those who are sensitive to train noise. If you get a Room on the opposite side, please confirm in advance whether that helps. We stayed two nights and requested towel replacement only, but a full set of linens (including slippers) was delivered as well. It would be nice to have a way to choose. The hair dryer worked well, which we appreciated. There is a Pronto on the first floor of the Hotel, and there is also a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. One small point: for eco reasons, the lower roll of toilet paper was left wrapped so that it would be used only after finishing the upper roll. When we went to use the lower roll and removed the wrapping paper, it had been installed in reverse orientation and needed to be reinstalled correctly. Could there be a way to prevent it from being used without leaving it wrapped?

We are delighted to hear that you were satisfied with the smooth check-in and check-out process, the performance of the hair dryer, as well as PRONTO on the first floor and the convenience of the surrounding area. Regarding towel replacement, we sincerely apologize that this was not provided despite your request. We will review our operations so we can deliver only what each guest needs. We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by how the toilet paper was set up. Although you cooperated with our eco-friendly efforts, we regret that the spare roll was placed in reverse due to our lack of confirmation. We will share this with our housekeeping staff and continue working to create more comfortable Rooms. Thank you as well for your honest comments regarding noise on the railway side. As our Hotel is located between railway tracks and an expressway, opening the window may allow train and traffic noise to be heard; however, closing it should significantly reduce noise thanks to sound-insulating windows and blackout curtains. Earplugs are also available at the amenity corner on the second floor, which may help you stay more comfortably. While we cannot guarantee complete soundproofing, if you contact us in advance we may be able to accommodate requests such as a Room on the side away from the tracks or a Room farther from the elevator. Please feel free to consult us in advance when staying with us again. We value each comment we receive and will continue striving to provide a more comfortable Hotel experience.   Excellent!

  I originally had a Reservation at a Hotel closer to KAAT, but I stayed here because I wanted to enjoy a solo drink at night around the Kita West Exit. The guest rooms have been renovated and are very clean. However, there is no safe in the Room. I thought train and car noise might be an issue, but if you fully lower the sound- and light-blocking roller blinds, it’s hardly noticeable. Breakfast is also very convenient, with PRONTO on the first floor and a FamilyMart on the first floor of the neighboring building. The Hotel is about 80 meters from Kita East Exit A, so it’s highly recommended for those traveling by train with luggage or heading to K-Arena.

  Close to the station

  Conveniently located near the station and K Arena, I would definitely stay here again. While I could hear the train sounds, I got used to it and it didn’t bother me. Just in case, I used earplugs to sleep. Waking up to the sound of trains in the morning was actually quite nice.

  There was no power outlet in the washroom.

  The cleaning might be sloppy because it's cheap. I found long hair in the sink and the corner of the bed right after arriving in the Room. Also, it was a Room on the railway and road side, so it was noisy at night. I can't sleep without noise-canceling earphones. The main reason I thought I would never stay again is that there is no outlet in the sink. This is the first Hotel I've been to without an outlet in the sink. A lot of hair falls out during blow-drying, and I can't believe using it in the Room. I had no choice but to plug it into the outlet next to the bed and use it with my head facing the bathtub. It's nice that check-in and check-out are easy, but recently every Hotel is easy, so there are no other good points.

However, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience caused by finding hair in the room at the beginning of the new year. We will share this with the cleaning manager and instruct them to strengthen the inspection system. We also apologize for not being able to provide a comfortable stay due to the noise from the highway. As you mentioned, our property is located between the railway and the highway, so we have earplugs available at the amenity corner on the second floor. One of the reasons our staff can assist you at the second-floor front desk without worrying about train noise is the use of high soundproof windows. Similarly, while the room windows may allow train and car noise when open, closing them significantly reduces the noise thanks to the high soundproof windows and blackout curtains. This time, we guided you to a relatively quiet room on the highway side, but we apologize for not meeting your expectations. Additionally, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of an outlet near the water area in the room, making it difficult to use a hairdryer in the washroom. We will consider this as a future issue to address. We will continue to strive to provide services that satisfy our guests, and all our staff will work hard towards this goal.
