    Thank you very much.

    All staff were courteous and attentive, and I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you. It would have been nice to have a chair in the bathroom. I had breakfast, and it was very delicious. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    It might be starting to feel different from how it used to.

    With direct access to the station, it’s very convenient, so I’ve stayed here as my regular Accommodation for some time. This time, I booked a triple Room for a Multiple Night Stay. The neighboring Room was occupied by a foreign family, and until around 11:30 p.m. they were banging on the wall (what on earth were they doing?) and their children were screaming. I considered calling the front desk, but I put up with it because I felt it would be pointless. Since this is by no means an inexpensive Hotel, I wanted to relax in peace and quiet at night. The same noise continued on the second night as well. Also, while we were sleeping, a family member who was using the extra bed was bitten by mites/bedbugs. I would like you to take measures to prevent this. Even so, I was shocked by how much the breakfast buffet price has increased. It’s some consolation that the selection and quality have been maintained, but it now feels too expensive to choose casually. In the past, there seemed to be many business travelers and it felt calm and settled; now it feels like tourists—driven by the weak yen—are being targeted instead.

    Business trip

    I stayed here on a business trip. The Room was clean and made my trip feel a bit more luxurious. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Convenient.

    Being located right above the station, it was extremely convenient. The Room was more spacious and comfortable than I expected. One thing that concerned me was that the humidifier’s “filter maintenance” indicator light was on. I’m also interested in a Room with lounge access—definitely next time.

    Directly above Kokura Station

    It has been renovated and is now very clean. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and I also like the views of the Shinkansen, the monorail, and downtown Kokura. I think the staff’s service is quite good as well. I would be happy if early check-in were available as a perk or bonus.

    It was a spacious and clean Room.

    I booked as a solo guest and expected a small Room because the rate was reasonable, but it was spacious enough for two people. The bathroom vanity area was also large and very clean. With a 12:00 checkout and a delicious, high-quality breakfast menu, I was able to enjoy a relaxing morning. I would like to stay again.

    A convenient Hotel directly connected to the station

    Since the Hotel is located inside Kokura Station, it was truly convenient. There are restaurants in the station building, and many dining options nearby as well, so finding a place to eat was never a problem. I had a comfortable stay in a Room on the monorail-view side. Thank you to all the Hotel staff for your kind and courteous service. It was also very helpful that luggage storage after check-out was easy to use with self-service. Thank you very much.

    It was a great Hotel.

    Since I arrived by Shinkansen and departed by Shinkansen, it was extremely helpful that the Hotel is directly connected to the station. The Hotel seems to have been built some time ago, but it has been properly maintained, so it didn’t feel old. The Room was also spacious and more than sufficient for a solo stay. One thing I wondered about was breakfast at the Hotel—why are there no trays? It was my first time experiencing that. But the food tasted good. When I visit Kokura again, I would like to stay here again.

    It was a wonderful Hotel!

    Not only is it conveniently located within the station, but I was also impressed by the excellent service from the staff. I could really feel the care put into cleaning the Room, and I truly enjoyed a comfortable stay. When I visit Kokura again, I will definitely stay here. Thank you very much!

    Clean and comfortable

    Thoughtful touches throughout the room made even a short stay very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were also spotless. I also enjoyed the elegant lounge, where I could grind my own coffee beans and brew a cup for a relaxing moment. The staff were pleasant as well, and I would like to stay here again if I visit Kokura next time.

    This Hotel is extrem...

    This Hotel is extremely convenient, with excellent access from Kokura Station. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. However, I was disappointed that the complimentary mineral water left in the Room had already been opened and partially consumed; I brought it to the front desk, but there was no apology and they did not ask which Room it came from.

    The bathroom sink area is a bit…

    The location is, of course, very good. However, after filling the bathtub and taking a bath, when I drained the tub, water backed up from the bathroom sink drain. The area ended up fairly flooded. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I think it was only that Room, though... If that hadn’t happened, I would have rated it higher.

    Trash can

    I always enjoy a comfortable stay here. I have just one request. Regarding the trash can in the Room, the liner bag does not reach the bottom, possibly due to a size mismatch, so when I throw away heavier items, the entire bag falls into the can. It did not bother me much last time, so it may be only this time, but I would appreciate it if you could check it. Thank you for your continued support.

    Extremely convenient and worth using.

    Directly connected to the station. A Hotel operated by JR Kyushu. Highly recommended for those taking an early morning Shinkansen from Kokura. Skipping breakfast might be a good choice. The night before, you can enjoy dining at oden restaurants and other spots in Kajimachi. Kokura is a great town, and this Hotel serves as an excellent base. Equipped with a dehumidifier, which is convenient.

    The Hotel was wonder...

    The Hotel was wonderful. The location is perfect, right by the station. The Room was on an upper floor, offering great views and a spacious layout! The bathroom was also large and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. If I visit Kokura again, I would love to stay at this Hotel!

    This is the place to stay in Kokura.

    The staff's attitude and approach at this hotel are excellent. When I reported an issue with the closet door not fitting well, they responded immediately. Although it required a part replacement and couldn't be resolved on the spot, their response was very pleasant. The single room was spacious enough, and if you request an upper floor, the view is likely to be quite nice. Being directly connected to the station, this accommodation was very satisfactory for me. Next time, I would like to try using the restaurant as well.

    A hotel located inside the station, not just near it.

    Once you enter the Hotel from Kokura Station, you can check in without going to the front desk. A card key will be issued, allowing you to go directly to your Room. Breakfast includes made-to-order omelets at a live kitchen. Every dish is carefully prepared and delicious. From the Room, you can see the Kitakyushu Monorail, making for an enjoyable stay.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I stay about 10 nights a year for personal reasons, so this might already be my regular accommodation. It is conveniently connected directly to Kokura Station. While it is a historic hotel, the rooms have been renovated and are very comfortable. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration this time. Thanks to you, I was able to spend my time quietly. There are slightly cheaper hotels in the area, but I would like to continue using the Station Hotel.

    Conveniently located near the station

    I have used this hotel multiple times for business purposes. It is directly connected to the station, making it very convenient. The Room depends on the Plan, but it was bright, clean, and relaxing. I could focus on work without hearing any noise from neighboring rooms.

    The entrance may be hard to find.

    Arriving in Kokura on the last Shinkansen, it seemed the entrance to the Hotel was limited, and it took some time to find the elevator. If I had arrived earlier, I believe there would have been more accessible entrances, but being very tired made it even more exhausting. Although I only stayed to sleep, the Room was more spacious than expected and allowed me to rest comfortably.

    Great accommodation experience

    The location is excellent, just steps away from the JR line, and the Ryokan is right there. On the first floor, there's "Kokura Sanjuppo Yokocho," making it very convenient. The room feels a bit dated, but the hotel provides an extension cord with USB outlets. The outlet in our initial room wasn't working, but after informing the front desk, they promptly and politely switched us to another room. The breakfast the next day was decent, offering a variety of local ingredients to try.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed on the Superior Floor for the first time, and it was very clean, had a great view, and was comfortable. I was surprised to find a mirror in the drawer, but it was convenient to use. The coffee in the lounge was also delicious. However, there was no explanation about the lounge during check-in, and when I asked the female staff handling my check-out to store my luggage, she curtly directed me to the self-cloak area without any guidance or detailed instructions on how to use it. This left me feeling a bit disappointed.

    The building is slightly old, but the stay was comfortable.

    Stayed for a business trip. Arrived late at Kokura Station. Having the Hotel inside the station building is incredibly convenient. The next morning, I left my luggage at the Hotel and headed out for work, which made things very easy. Location gets full marks—number one in Kokura for business purposes. The building is slightly old but not problematic. Stayed in a Standard Single Room, which was spacious enough with a desk large enough to organize documents without stress. Plenty of outlets, including USB charging ports, were very helpful. Having a trouser press already in the Room was great for business travelers. The view of the Shinkansen from the window was subtly enjoyable. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Kokura if there’s availability!

    Direct access to the station is ideal for business use.

    I chose this Plan because check-in was possible even after midnight. The hotel is directly connected to the station, with a commercial Facility below and a convenience store at the station, making it convenient for meals and shopping. The lighting in the guest room feels a bit dim, but unless you plan to hold meetings at night, it is sufficiently bright. The showerhead in the bathroom is from ReFa and offers a mist function, which made for a relaxing experience. Customer service is minimal but should not be an issue for business trips.

    A very convenient Hotel directly connected to the station. Although it is a Business Hotel, it is well-equipped with all necessities, and the Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk service was excellent, making for a pleasant stay. If I had to point out one thing, the nightwear could be improved! Still, I will definitely stay here again when visiting Kokura!
